Well, the first aim of this post, is put a good user of Choice Specs, and if you can, with the Set Move and information.

I will put the most used I think:

Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

I've been trying this out on Shoddy lately

Jolteon @Choice Specs
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 6 HP/252 SpA/252 Speed
Timid nature (+Speed, -Atk)
Thunderbolt
Hidden Power (Ice)
Shadow Ball
Baton Pass

I've been using it as a lead-off on Shoddy. What makes it different from your normal crappy electric-type with a bad movepool is its ability to come in on Thunder Waves without risking paralysis and Baton Pass. I know you're thinking "Baton Pass on a Choice user wtf?" but let me explain. The most common switch-in to Jolteon is Blissey, so if you're expecting that and Baton Pass to something that threatens the fat egg, you've just gotten yourself a free hit on whatever your opponent must then send out, or a free turn to Dragon Dance or Swords Dance or whatever other set-up move you choose. I prefer HP Ice to Grass because there are more Dragons in the current metagame than Swamperts.

Energy Ball: Semi-filler, mainly if your team needs it.
Destiny Bond: Surprise!
Hidden Power Fire: Metagross, Bronzong, Jirachi.
