ORAS OU Choiced Trio

This team contains all three choice items for that offense. Any suggestions on how I can improve this team or what the best way to play with this team is?



Hawlucha @ Choice Band
Ability: Limber
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Flying Press
- High Jump Kick
- U-turn
- Poison Jab

Choice Banded Hawlucha. Limber allows it to keep its Jolly natured speed meaning it can outspeed most Pokes in OU as well as hit hard. I've never seen anyone use Flying Press so I was like so why not, might as well use it. And to my surprise, it did quite a lot of work by surprising opponents.

Charizard-Mega-X @ Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze (Tough Claws after Mega evolving)
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw
- Flare Blitz

Charizard-X can set up and sweep pretty much a lot of things when it has a chance. Tough Claws boosts its STAB and EQ is for extra coverage.

Hoopa-Unbound @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Magician
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Dark Pulse
- Hyperspace Hole
- Energy Ball
- Thunderbolt

Hoope-Unbound may be a pretty slow Pokémon at the start but with Scarf and modest nature, it's a quick Pokémon and it can hit like a monster in the special side. Hyperspace Hole is for those predicted Protects as well as STAB. Any suggestions on the last two moves? I don't have a clue if I should change them. I'm keeping HH and DP though as they are really good STAB on Hoopa-U.

Raikou @ Choice Specs
Ability: Pressure
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Rash Nature
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Aura Sphere

The last of the Trio, Raikou, is the Specs. It has to be Rash Nature because PS says so... But it's got a very high Special Attack as well as speed so it can be nice. It works best with Hawlucha because of that Volt-Turn thing. HP Ice for Lando-Ts.

Tyranitar @ Leftovers
Ability: Unnerve
EVs: 228 HP / 28 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge
- Toxic
- Crunch

Defensive wall. Sets up SR. Two STAB moves and a toxic to cripple other walls. Lefties to gain health back bit by bit.


Heatran @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 224 HP / 32 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Flash Cannon
- Lava Plume
- Earth Power

Heatran with that Air Balloon could cripple Excadrills by using Will-O-Wisp (unless it misses). Earth Power is for other Heatrans (unless they run Air Balloon as well).
