I think being preemptive about the items makes it read less clunky, since this is something you have to worry about for literally all of these) Regidrago, Raging Bolt, Dragapult and non-Assault Vest or non-Choice Specs (this is fine to keep since you actually don't win) Kyurem.It can also be used to deal large neutral damage against non Dragon-type pokemon after using acid spray. (You talk about this specific interaction later, so you don't need this)
* Heavy slam deals with light (it basically deals with every relevant one so you don't need this) Fairy-type pokemon such as Whimsicott, Diancie, Alolan-Ninetales, Iron Valiant and Primarina.
* Acid Spray is used to drop Special Defense and It allows Draco Meteor to OHKO pokemon that does not faint to one Draco Meteor like Porygon-Z, non-Assault Vest or non-Choice Specs Volcanion, non-Clear Amulet Pecharunt, and Life Orb Spectrier (Volcanion is tricky, AV and Specs with EP/Focus Blast can deal with Hisuian Goodra regardless. Life Orb Spectrier is the EVd example.) without having to use Draco Meteor twice and having a chance to miss twice.
* Counter is for Pokemon with strong physical moves that don't OHKO Goodra-Hisui, like Choice Band Urshifu-R, Choice Band Iron Valiant, Choice Band Chien-Pao and Choice Band Meowscarada.

Using Acid Spray Turn 1 will lose the matchup as it does not threaten a 2HKO. since Acid Spray won't 2HKOes even with struggle which allows the Encore + Disable pokemon to encore Acid spray at second turn and lock you to use Acid Spray and then disable it if you use Acid Spray first turn. (I understand what you're going for, just overwrote it a tad)
* Evs in Defense and Special Defense let Hiusian-Goodra survives against Close Combat from Choice Band Iron Valiant and Urshifu, as well as Hex after a Calm Mind and two turns of Burn chip from Timid Life Orb Spectrier. Attack is for 0 bulk Iron Valiant and the rest are put in Special Attack.
* Since Hisuian Goodra struggles against pokemon like Ursaluna, Landorus-T and Donphan, Pokemon like Primarina, Urshifu-R and Dondozo Corviknight (more relevant example) make a good teammate.
