Chose the same move twice?

So, sometimes I'm choosing the moves for my Pokemon on Shoddy and I notice it only lets me choose three moves. I try to save the team thinking that closing it and re-opening it will fix it. When I try to save, a pop-up appears that says "(Pokemon) is an invalid Pokemon for the following reasons: it has learned the same move twice." I don't even see how this is possible on Shoddy so I'm really confused. Does anybody know how to fix it?

EDIT: Well, I figured out that changing the Pokemon and changing back fixes the problem, but I'm still interested as to why this happens.
 
This used to happen to me when I fist started playing on Shoddy. I think I deselected ever move, and reselected them to fix it. Even though it sounds too simple, I believe it happens when you click a move twice.
 
No, it actually happened when I downloaded a team from the team builder, so I never even selected the moves. And no, unselecting all the moves and then reselecting does not fix it.
 
It does that to me sometimes... don't know how to fix it except for deselecting everything, closing the Team Builder, and retrying.
 
the reason team builder does this is because it autimaticlly picks the first 4 moves listed. Some sets have the same one listed twice, so if there was a moveset like

Surf/Hydro Pump
Earthquake/Hydro Pump
Tackle
Mud Slap

The team would download and the pokemon would know the moves surf, hydro pump, earthquake,hydro pump. obviously, this is illegal
