Cinccino. Yes, Cinccino. Oh, and some other pokes, too.

For my latest RMT thread, I was trying to decide between posting my mono-Dragon team, a smash pass team I was thinking up, or my Cinccino team. Since I have done many variations on this team, and I am still trying to iron out the components, I decided to post about Cinccino. Cinccino is cute. Cinccino is fuzzy. Cinccino is the cuddly surprise of this team. The rest of the team is just there to make sure the li'l critter does his job.
Obviously, since Cinccino is the reason for this stupid team, he's the one and only poke I'm unwilling to get rid of. Anything else? Fair game. This team performs fairly well as it is as long as I predict well and don't do anything dumb.
So, without further delay, the CUDDLY KILLERS!:

CK # 1 - Jirachi
385.gif

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Careful
252 HP/224 SP. DEF/32 SPD.
Iron Head
Body Slam
Stealth Rock
Wish

I typically lead with this. Stealth Rock is my entry hazard of choice. Body Slam/Iron Head is just plain irritating, and Body Slam is good for spreading paralysis either way. Wish is useful for healing team members, but I rarely make use of it. Overall, one of the most effective members of my team. Jirachi's a jerk, but he's an effective jerk.

CK #2 - Hitmontop
237.gif

Hitmontop @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
Impish
252 HP/252 DEF/4 SP. DEF
Close Combat
Stone Edge
Foresight
Rapid Spin

My rapid spin user. Also very bulky. I've been contemplating replacing this with a Starmie to act as my spinner instead. This is one of my less effective team members, and the one most likely to be replaced.

CK #3 - Dragonite
149.gif

Dragonite @ Choice Band
Ability: Multiscale
Adamant
252 ATK/4 SP. DEF/252 SPD.
Outrage
Fire Punch
Waterfall
ExtremeSpeed

Choice Band Dragonite hardly needs any introduction. With Jirachi providing Wishes and Hitmontop spinning away stealth rock, it's not too hard to get Dragonite in at full health. Outrage demolishes anything that isn't a steel type. Fire Punch and Waterfall are for weather abuse or coverage only. ExtremeSpeed is very handy for picking off weakened opponents and has saved my team more than once. Overall, Dragonite is very helpful, but I am open to moveset suggestions.

CK #4 - Hydreigon
635.gif

Hydreigon @ Expert Belt
Modest
4 HP/252 SP. ATK/252 SPD.
Draco Meteor
Fire Blast
Dark Pulse
Focus Blast

My special attacker and wall breaker. Although U-Turn is common on Hydreigon, I prefer Focus Blast so I don't get walled by Heatran, which is all over the place these days. Although Latios is faster, I like Hydreigon for its expanded movepool, giving it perfect coverage without having to rely on a Hidden Power. Not being weak to Pursuit is also a plus. Overall, another member of my team that works pretty well.

CK #5 - Deoxys-S
386.png

Deoxys-S @ Life Orb
Naive
12 ATK/244 SP. ATK./252 SPD.
Superpower
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Psycho Boost

Whether its revenge killing or late-game sweeping, Deoxys-S is a monster with a life orb. It does pretty well with that, despite being frail. Again, I'm satisfied with his performance.

AND FINALLY, CK #6 - Cinccino
573.gif

Cinccino @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
Jolly
4 HP/252 ATK/252 SPD.
Tail Slap
Rock Blast
Bullet Seed
Wake-Up Slap

Cinccino is my ace in the hole. Base 115 speed outruns all of OU save Deoxys-S and Starmie (who he ties with if Starmie is Timid max speed) and Choice scarf users. His attack isn't impressive, but boosted by a life orb and Technician, he hits a lot harder than people expect him to. Tail Slap is his STAB attack of choice, though the low accuracy is a bit of a disappointment. Rock Blast has great coverage overall, Bullet Seed is a nice surprise for water types, and technician boosted Wake-Up Slap does decent damage to steel types. Overall, Cinccino is a great late-game sweeper and a lot of fun to use.

Threat list coming soon...

If I may, I would suggest a dragon dancing variant of Dragonite. While Choice Band does provide good raw power, he's not really outspeeding anything at the moment. With even just one set up he can really do massive damage to opposing Pokemon, letting the rest of your team to clean up.

Personally i like Skill Link better as ability on the Cincinno.
You have other pokemons to deal with steal types so i would change wake-up slap to U-Turn too.

For hydreigon , maybe try Hidden Power Earth ?
As you mentioned you are using focus blast for heatran , where focus blasts misses alot , hidden power doesnt and will hurt about the same because of 4x weakness.

As for hitmontop , some people call it the best spinner , others call it the worst.
I believe its a matter of preference.
But i think he can learn mach punch , and this might make his set a bit better.
But i never used him as a spinner so i dont know for sure.

A spinner wich could also take some fighting type attacks might fit nice on the team.
I believe Claydol is one of that kind , having also very good stats in the defensive type. Only downside is it also cant heal itself i believe , but there u have jirachi with his wish ^^

Something like this would be advised :
Claydoll @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
Evs: 252 Hp , 252 Def , 6 Sp.Def
Bold Nature (Atk - , Def +)
- Calm Mind
- Psychic
- Earth Power
- Rapid Spin

This set gets 324 hp along with 339 Defence and 245 Sp.Defence (to be boosted by Calm mind).
His special attack is 145 unboosted only on the other hand , but then again , he is a rapid spinner :)

^If hes going to use hidden power earth on hydreigon he should just use earth power

Anyway on to the team
I recommend using a different rapid spinner. You already have Jirachi to place down stealth rock, so claydol isn't recommended in my opinion. I would recommend a Def. Tentacruel in place of your Hitmontop to tank fighting hits and add toxic spikes.

A set like this could work
Tentacruel @ Leftovers
Ability: Rain Dish
Bold
Evs: (252 Hp, 252 Def, 4 Sp. Att)
-Scald
-Rapid Spin
-Toxic Spikes
-Ice beam/Protect

Good luck

Tentacruel sounds pretty good actually. So does DDNite.
