Vullabies gets their first look at the new Rufflet tribe: Hitmonleet was voted out at the last tribal council. He will be waiting on Redemption Island to battle someone from the losing tribe of this challenge.

In this challenge, you’ll be guessing the long/lat coordinates of unedited screenshots I’ve taken from google maps street view. You are guessing the location of the image posted in this thread, but I’ve also taken several additional images nearby.

There are 11 locations. I will measure the distance between your submissions to the real location. The team that is closest to each location wins a point, barring cases in which both teams locate the exact spot the image was taken (if you’re off by a few meters it doesn’t matter). In that case the question is a tie.

You may use all online tools you find. Reverse image searching, image enhancement, yelp...have at it. You may be able to pinpoint some of these locations exactly. For the others, I suggest looking at vegetation, housing, and living patterns.

Teams submit their guesses for all 11 questions to the mods in discord in the format of their choice. I will be putting exactly what they type into google maps and finding the distance from whatever google maps gives me. I recommend submitting coordinates. Team that gets 6 or more points wins. Ties for the total score are broken by time of submission.

You have 24 hours, until Friday 9am central. Submit your answer in your tribal discord and ping the mods.

Survivors, the answers are in...
Location 1 is located in the northwestern suburbs of Mexico City. Rufflets guessed in the middle of Mexico, too far north and 356.3 km off. Vullabies guess in Guadalajara, which is further off at 436.9km. Rufflets lead 1-0
Location 2 is located in Cambodia, a block from Angkor Wat. Both teams guessed in Thailand...but Rufflets had a more southern location, and therefore win a point. Rufflets lead 2-0.
Location 3 is also located in Cambodia. Vullaby guessed in the country, while Rufflets were way off in Malaysia. Vullabies score their first point but trail 1-2
Location 4 is in New Zealand. Vullaby got the location on the spot! Rufflets are off by 200 meters, too far for me to give them credit. We are tied, 2-2.
Location 5 is in San Antonio, USA. Vullaby got the location on the spot...Rufflets are again off by 100 meters. I can't see the building in the target picture, so I cannot award the tie. Vullabies lead 3-2
Location 6 is in the slums of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Rufflets guessed in France, off by 10860 km. Vullabies guess is even further away at 17310km. Rufflets score a point. We are tied again, 3-3.
Location 7 is in Vancouver Island, Canada. Vullabies get the location exactly, Rufflets off by 200 meters, and I cannot see the road in the picture. Vullabies lead 4-3
Location 8 is in Denmark. Vullabies get the location exactly, Rufflets off by 270 meters, too far off to argue. Vullabies 5-3
Location 9 is in South Africa. Vullabies get the location exactly. Rufflets way off in England. Vullabies 6-3
Location 10 is in South Korea. Vullabies get the location exactly. Rufflets off by 150 meters, and I cannot see the truck from this point! I cannot award the tie. Vullabies 7-3.

Vullabies get their first look at the new Rufflet tribe: superstarsrock voted out at the last tribal council. He will battle Hitmonleet, and although you won’t know who, one person will be completely eliminated from the game today.

In your immunity challenge today, you’ll be solving puzzles with the help of your tribemates. We have selected three puzzles at http://www.epuzzle.info/multiplayer for your tribe to complete. Both accuracy and speed matters and contribute to your final time (wrong moves are mildly penalized). Be sure to understand the rules before beginning your challenge: I recommend running through a few trial runs with your tribemates, and being in voice call to communicate while you are doing the puzzle.

There are three puzzles total: one of them is LARGE, and as many people can work on this one at the same time as your tribe would like. Two of them are MEDIUM, and only up to four people may work on this one at the same time. Although not everyone on your tribe must participate, each person may only participate in two puzzles (so nobody can do all three).

You may begin the puzzle by pm’ing me. It is necessary that I be online for this, because you will not know which puzzles to do. Please coordinate a time with me in your tribal discords, I should be on most of the night and tomorrow morning but if you don’t arrange a time with me in advance I can’t guarantee my presence.

At the end of the round, we will tally the unweighted total time spent on the three puzzles. The team with the lowest total time wins.The team with the higher time gets sent to tribal council, where someone will be voted off.

Vullabies, you have two extra people. You may not begin a puzzle until you have decided for sure which two people on your tribe will not participate in any of the puzzles.

You have 24 hours to complete all three puzzles.

The first jigsaw was a large 21x14 picture of the Palace in Wilanow.

Rufflets sent out AJ, Jalmont, Umbreon, Flyhn, and 3P1K. They completed in 23:44.
Vullabies sent out Viper, Aura Guardian, DLE, Alore, Wolv, and hannah. They completed in 23:02.

The second jigsaw was a medium sized picture of a rusty car, of dimension 15x10.

Rufflets sent out 3P1K, Jalmont, and RODAN. They finished in 18:12
Vullabies sent out Viper, Wolv, Aura Guardian, and Knights. They finished in 13:40

The third jigsaw was of Charon's boat.

Q: What happens to my idol hunt if I switch tribes?
A: We can confirm that as usual there are two pre-merge idols, one per starting tribe. In the event of a tribe swap, your idol hunt is that of your original starting tribe. What this means is that there is one idol available only to those that started on tribe rufflet, and one available only to those that started on tribe vullaby. Regardless of what tribe you get swapped to, you can continue the search for the idol on your original tribe.

Q: Are all clues required to solve for the hidden immunity idol even released?
A: I can confirm that as of this post, all clues required to solve for the pre-swap hidden immunity idols are publicly available. As stated before, the initial hints for this HII will only be found in threads etc. concerning this game in particular.

Keep a sharp eye, a quick wit, and don't give up!
