Smogon will not be promoting clans or battles between clans. We encourage you to form sub-communities and social groups but there will be no organized clan wars on Smogon. The closest you'll get are team tournaments with the largest being Smogon Premier League and World Cup of Pokemon.

You may have noticed that the Smogon server has a general dislike for clans, since they're such unnecessities in so many ways.
