With Choice Specs and the unique Mega Launcher ability, Clawitzer uses its exceptional coverage to be one of the most devastating wallbreakers in NU. Tera Dragon not only maintains Clawitzer's Water and Fire resistances, but it also turns Clawitzer's Grass and Electric weaknesses into resistances. Further, it gives Clawitzer a more powerful STAB move in Dragon Pulse, which guarantees a 2HKO on common special walls like Umbreon and Assault Vest Eelektross after Stealth Rock. Aura Sphere hits Chansey and Steel-types like Perrserker and Tera Steel Eelektross. U-turn can be used in the fourth moveslot to bring in teammates like Passimian and Toxicroak, which better deal with healthy special walls like Chansey and Umbreon or Tera Fairy threats, allowing Clawitzer to use Dragon Pulse more freely. Flash Cannon can also be used to hit Tera Fairy Pokemon like Chansey, Umbreon, and Vaporeon, which are immune to Dragon Pulse and Water Pulse, in Vaporeon's case. Without Terastallizing, Electric-types like Rotom, Jolteon, and Magneton pose a threat to Clawitzer. Appletun and Electric immunities like Sandaconda and Jolteon work as partners to eat up their moves and restore any HP they lose.

Clawitzer's raw special attacking power coupled with Choice Specs makes it a force to be reckoned with in NU. It also has a rare ability in Mega Launcher which only makes it more of a pain to switch into. You mention "raw" attacking power but then explain all the different factors that actually contribute to its high damage output; Choice Specs, Mega Launcher, and tera later. I would just say that all these factors contribute to its high damage output, ex: "With a Choice Specs and the unique Mega Launcher ability, Clawitzer can make use of its exceptional coverage to be one of the most devastating wallbreakers in NU" something like this Tera Dragon not only grants Clawitzer resistances from its normal Water-typing, but it also makes Dragon Pulse a powerful STAB move; capable of guaranteeing a 2HKO on common special walls like Umbreon and Assault Vest Eelektross after Stealth Rock chip. Aura Sphere hits Chansey as well as OHKOing Steel-types like Magneton and Perrserker and Steel-types like Perrserker and Tera Steel Eelektross. U-turn can be used in the fourth moveslot to bring in a teammate like Passimian to better deal with healthy special walls like Chansey or Umbreon. Flash Cannon can also be used in the last moveslot to hit common Tera Fairy Pokemon like the aforementioned special walls in addition to Cacturne Chansey, Umbreon, and Vaporeon that are immune to Dragon Pulse and can shrug off Water Pulse thought about it more and Cacturne isn't common enough and hardly runs Tera Fairy for it to be worth mentioning. Toxicroak makes for a great partner here to deal with said special walls and Tera Fairy threats so that Clawitzer can use Dragon Pulse more freely. could probably merge this with the excerpt about U-turn. If Clawitzer cannot Tera Dragon Without Terastallizing claw technically always can, its just the opportunity cost so I reworded it, Electric-types like Rotom, Jolteon, and Magneton pose a threat to it. Appletun and Electric immunities like Sandaconda and Jolteon works as a partners to eat up their moves while being able to restore lost HP.

With Choice Specs and the unique Mega Launcher ability, Clawitzer can make use of uses its exceptional coverage to be one of the most devastating wallbreakers in NU. Tera Dragon not only grants Clawitzer resistances from its Water-typing, but it also maintains Clawitzer's Water and Fire resistances, but it also turns Clawitzer's Grass and Electric weaknesses into resistances. Further, it (I wasn't quite sure what you meant re: resistances from its water typing. i put all the stuff that seemed plausible: feel free to trim or edit if desired) makes Dragon Pulse a powerful STAB move; capable of guaranteeing gives Clawitzer a more powerful STAB move in Dragon Pulse, which guarantees a 2HKO on common special walls like Umbreon and Assault Vest Eelektross after Stealth Rock chip. Aura Sphere hits Chansey and Steel-types like Perrserker and Tera Steel Eelektross. U-turn can be used in the fourth moveslot to bring in a teammate like Passimian or Toxicroak to teammates like Passimian and Toxicroak, which better deal with healthy special walls like Chansey or Umbreon and and Umbreon or Tera Fairy threats so that Clawitzer can threats, allowing Clawitzer to use Dragon Pulse more freely. Flash Cannon can also be used to hit Tera Fairy Pokemon like Chansey, Umbreon, and Vaporeon that Vaporeon, which are immune to Dragon Pulse—and Water Pulse, in Vaporeon's case. (I imagine this makes sense?) Without Terastallizing, Electric-types like Rotom, Jolteon, and Magneton pose a threat to it Clawitzer. Appletun and Electric immunities (i'd rather you be more specific, especially since a lot of Electric-immune Pokemon (the proper phrasing grammatically) can't restore lost HP) work as partners to eat up their moves while being able to restore lost HP. and restore any HP they lose.
