[SET COMMENTS]
Clawitzer finds a place in ZU as a powerful wallbreaker with fantastic coverage, capable of tearing through the metagame with its Mega Launcher-boosted attacks. However, its mediocre Speed prevents it from finding many opportunities to attack and leaves it heavily outclassed by Basculin. Dark Pulse provides coverage against Jellicent and is Clawitzer's best tool to damage opposing Water-types like Wishiwashi and Qwilfish. Aura Sphere targets Ferroseed while OHKOing foes such as Silvally-Dark. Ice Beam is preferred for its ability to critically damage Grass-types such as Tangela and Appletun, but Dragon Pulse can be used for a strong attack against Poliwrath and is stronger than Dark Pulse against neutral targets.

Clawitzer fits best on offensive teams as an early- and mid-game wallbreaker. Partners such as Rotom, Rotom-S, and Flapple can threaten opposing Water-types like Wishiwashi and Poliwrath and wear down shared checks in Grass-types, enabling Clawitzer to be less prediction-reliant. In return, Rotom and Rotom-S appreciate Clawitzer targeting Ground-types like Rhydon and Piloswine, while Flapple benefits from Clawitzer weakening physical walls like Garbodor. Stealth Rock setters such as the aforementioned Rhydon and Piloswine aid Clawitzer by wearing down foes and blocking Volt Switch. As Clawitzer is prone to being worn down by entry hazards, it is advisable to bring a Defogger such as Rotom-S or Shiftry.

Other Options
=============

Toxic wears down bulky Water- and Grass-types; however, Clawitzer often has trouble fitting the move. U-turn allows Clawitzer to pivot from its checks and maintain momentum, which is valuable with other VoltTurn users. However, Clawitzer usually prefers its coverage moves to punch through switch-ins rather than pivot. Terrain Pulse can be used on Grassy Terrain teams and allows it to bypass bulky Water-types like Poliwrath and Wishiwashi, but it is generally inconsistent.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Electric-types**: Although they cannot switch into Clawitzer, Electric-types such as Rotom formes and Magneton are capable of threatening an OHKO on it.

**Grass-types**: Faster Grass-types such as Shiftry, Flapple, and Gourgeist-S can KO Clawitzer with their STAB moves.

**Faster Attackers**: Faster attackers such as Sawk, Kangaskhan, and Silvally-Ghost can outspeed and heavily damage Clawitzer.

**Water-types**: Water-types such as Poliwrath and Ludicolo can take advantage of Clawitzer being Choice locked and punish it with a strong attack. Clawitzer also has trouble breaking through bulky foes such as Wishiwashi and Cramorant without proper support.

(could include something here about how this leaves it heavily competiting with Basculin) Dark Pulse provides coverage against Jellicent and is Clawitzer's best tool to damage opposing Water-types like Wishiwashi and Qwilfish. Aura Sphere targets Ferroseed while OHKOing foes such as Silvally-Dark. Heavy-Duty Boots can be used to prevent Clawitzer from being worn down by entry hazards, but the drop in power is usually not worth it. Toxic wears down bulky Water- and Grass-types; however, Clawitzer often has trouble fitting the move. U-turn allows Clawitzer to pivot from its checks and maintain momentum, which is valuable with other VoltTurn users. Terrain Pulse can be used on Grassy Terrain teams, but it is generally inconsistent. (Elaborate a bit on how Terrain Pulse lets it bypass typical checks like Wishiwashi and Poliwrath)

Checks and Counters
===================

**Electric-types**: Although they cannot switch into Clawitzer, Electric-types such as Rotom-formes and Magneton, Rotom-S, and Rotom-F are capable of threatening an OHKO on it. (Reads better than listing every rotom)

**Grass-types**: Faster Grass-types such as Shiftry, Flapple, and Gourgeist-S can KO Clawitzer with their Grass STAB moves.

**Water-types**: Water-types such as Poliwrath and Qwilfish can take advantage of Clawitzer being choice locked and punish it with a strong attack. Clawitzer also has trouble breaking through foes such as Wishiwashi and Cramorant without proper support.

**Faster Attackers**: Faster attackers such as Lycanroc, Sawk, Kangaskan, and Silvally-Ghost can outspeed and heavily damage Clawitzer. Pokemon with priority such as Kangaskhan and Gurdurr are also problematic. (Yeah Kangaskan beats this but its not really because of priority as much as it is fake out flinch into double edge doing significant damage. Gurdurr's unboosted Mach does like less than 30 so not especially relevant either.)

[Make "Faster Attackers" the first point in Checks and Counters since its poor speed is what holds it back so much compared to say basc]

Waiting on the QC team's response for removing HDB from OO. I don't think that HDB is worth it on Clawitzer due to the drop in power, kind of nullifies its niche as a wallbreaker if it isn't running anything to boost its damage output.

Clawitzer also has trouble breaking through bulky foes such as Wishiwashi and Cramorant without proper support.

Clawitzer finds attempts to find (nitpicky / can be retooled otherwise, but "finds a place" feels a bit generous for a "heavily outclassed" mon) a place in ZU as a powerful wallbreaker with fantastic coverage, capable of tearing through the metagame with its Mega Launcher-boosted attacks. However, its mediocre Speed prevents it from finding many opportunities to attack and leaves it heavily outclassed by Basculin. (not quite sure what you mean by this, I was going to suggest "and attack more freely" but that's pretty redundant with "be less prediction-reliant". if there's something you want to clarify and/or preserve, lmk) In return, Rotom and Rotom-S appreciate Clawitzer targeting Ground-types like Rhydon and Piloswine, while Flapple benefits from Clawitzer weakening physical walls like Garbodor.
