Cloning via Action Replay

I've noticed that a bunch of people here can clone very quickly using an action replay. I have an AR, and I was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me how to do it. I've been cloning using the GTS trick, but from what i hear the AR is a lot quicker. thanks.

yeah i know there is. that's why i posted here asking for it. smogon is respectable, and since there are so many people here that know how to do it i don't think it's that big of a deal asking. i don't trust a lot of sites out there posting AR codes. i'd rather not screw my game up. thanks for your help metho.
