Genders:
I'm a fan of female pokemon in nice balls, these take priority. However, given that Game Freak loves stupid 7:1 gender ration pokemon this is not always possible.

If you want a pokemon that only has a 1-in-8 shot of being female then I expect you to offer a similar deal.
