Duplicate Cloud Nine not stopping hail damage

What is the bug?

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Not able to replicate, this only happend to me once so unsure how

This issue has already been reported and fixed but is pending deployment on the server (were restarting in a bit so that should handle it). If the issue persists, let us know with a new report.
