[SET COMMENTS]
Calm Mind Clefable serves as a resilient setup sweeper, taking advantage of its bulk, excellent defensive typing, and useful abilities in Magic Guard and Unaware. Magic Guard notably provides Clefable with an extremely valuable immunity to entry hazards, in addition to negating Toxic from the likes of Gliscor and acting as a status absorber for the rest of the team, especially if it has already been poisoned. Unaware makes it a strong check to foes that rely on boosting their stats like Swords Dance Garchomp and Bulk Up Great Tusk. Calm Mind boosts allow Clefable to check additional threats like Mega Diancie, making it much less passive against most foes. Moonblast's Special Attack drop chance makes Clefable even harder to break for foes like Tapu Lele. Knock Off removes key items like Leftovers and Heavy-Duty Boots from foes that are not threatened by even boosted Moonblast, such as Toxapex, Heatran, and Volcarona. Alternatively, Flamethrower targets Steel-types, such as Mega Scizor and Gholdengo, and Thunder pressures walls like Corviknight and Toxapex while hitting Heatran for neutral damage, although its accuracy can be unreliable. Thunder is preferred over Thunderbolt thanks to its higher paralysis chance and damage, but the latter is also a viable option. Soft-Boiled is required to provide Clefable reliable and immediate recovery. Leftovers is another source of longevity, providing passive recovery for longer matchups. Life Orb enables valuable damage rolls, like 2HKOing Ting-Lu with one boosted Moonblast and OHKOing Urshifu-R with unboosted Moonblast, and additionally has no drawback thanks to Magic Guard. If Clefable's ability is Unaware, then Heavy-Duty Boots is required to protect it from Spikes and particularly Toxic Spikes, which is important for its setup sweeper role and its ability to check the opposing setup sweepers mentioned above.

Clefable fits on balance teams that appreciate its ability to set up on physical threats like non-Heavy Slam Zamazenta and act as a bulky wincon. Pokemon like Mega Tyranitar and Kingambit appreciate Clefable's ability to pressure foes like Mega Medicham, Mega Lopunny, and Dragonite. In return, Mega Tyranitar pressures troublesome walls for Clefable, such as Galarian Slowking and Heatran, and sets up Stealth Rock, while Kingambit threatens checks like Gholdengo and Galarian Slowking. Entry hazards like Stealth Rock and Spikes synergize incredibly with Clefable, as they help it secure KOs more reliably and clean up late-game, wearing down checks like Heatran. Therefore, entry hazard setters like Ferrothorn, Ting-Lu, and Gliscor are solid partners. Gliscor, in particular, is also capable of crippling the opposing team with Knock Off and removing items like Heavy-Duty Boots from Zapdos. Gliscor also helps Clefable by absorbing Knock Off and status for Unaware Clefable. There are a few Steel-type Pokemon that can take on boosted Moonblast effortlessly, such as Heatran, Melmetal, and Gholdengo. As a result, Clefable appreciates teammates that threaten these Pokemon, such as Great Tusk, Mega Lopunny, and Volcarona. Despite Clefable's great bulk, it still has trouble setting up in front of offensive Steel-types like Kingambit and Mega Scizor; therefore, defensive checks like Zamazenta and Zapdos are great partners.

Calm Mind Clefable serves as a resilient setup sweeper, taking advantage of its great bulk, excellent defensive typing, and useful abilities in Magic Guard and Unaware; Magic Guard allows it to act as a durable presence, preventing damage from entry hazards or status while Unaware makes it a strong check to foes that rely on boosting their stats provide some examples here, mainly physical sweepers or stuff trying to boost alongside Clef. Calm Mind makes Clefable capable of setting up in front of foes that have trouble breaking through Clefable like Dragapult and Garchomp. Moonblast can potentially drop the Special Attack of opposing Pokemon like Tapu Lele, making Clefable even harder to break. Knock Off removes key items like Leftovers and Heavy-Duty Boots from walls that are not threatened by even boosted Moonblast, such as Gholdengo, Toxapex, and Heatran. mention some Boots users here as well. Alternatively, Flamethrower and Thunder are very solid options as coverage moves for Clefable; Flamethrower targets Steel-types, such as Mega Scizor and Gholdengo while Thunder pressures walls like Corviknight and Toxapex while hitting Heatran, although its accuracy can be unreliable. Soft Boiled is required to provide Clefable recovery and longevity, since it is guaranteed to take attacks from opposing Pokemon while setting up due to its low Speed. Leftovers is another source of longevity, providing passive recovery for longer matchups. Life Orb increases Clefable's attacking power, maximizing wallbreaking potentional and enabling valuable damage rolls like 2HKOing Ting-Lu with one boosted Moonblast and OHKOing Urshifu-R with unboosted Moonblast. If Clefable's ability is Unaware, then Heavy-Duty Boots as item is required to protect it from Spikes and particularly Toxic Spikes, which is important for its setup sweeper role and helps it check the setup sweepers it is tasked with checking.

Clefable fits on balance teams that appreciate its ability to setup on physical threats like non-Heavy Slam Zamazenta and act as a bulky wincon. Pokemon like Mega Tyranitar and Kingambit appreciate Clefable's ability to pressure foes like Mega Medicham, Mega Lopunny, and Dragonite. Entry hazards like Stealth Rock and Spikes synergize incredibly with Clefable, as they help it secure KOs more reliably and clean up late-game, wearing down checks like Toxapex unsure if this is the best example considering Pex can just Regen off the damage, mention Heatran here considering it can't recover easily. Therefore, entry hazard setters like Ferrothorn, Ting-Lu, and Gliscor are solid partners. Gliscor, in particular, is a great partner, as it is also capable of crippling the opposing team with Knock Off, removing items like Heavy Duty Boots from Zapdos, and even providing status in Toxic, crippling foes like Terapagos. Gliscor helps Clefable by absorbing Knock Off as well. also absorbs status for Unaware Clef There are a few Steel-type Pokemon that can take on boosted Moonblasts effortlessly, such as Heatran, Melmetal, and Gholdengo. As as result, Clefable appreciates teammates that threaten these Pokemon, such as Great Tusk, Mega Lopunny, and Volcarona. Despite Clefable's great bulk, it still has trouble setting up in front of offensive Steel-types like Kingambit and Mega Scizor; therefore, defensive checks like Zamazenta and Zapdos are great partners due to their ability to switch in on these Steel-types.

Calm Mind Clefable serves as a resilient setup sweeper, taking advantage of its great <= nitpick but this oversells it a little, thanks to our good friend Power Creep™ we cant really call it "great" anymore bulk, excellent defensive typing, and useful abilities in Magic Guard and Unaware; Magic Guard allows it to act as a durable presence <= what does this mean? understandable but confusing, just use simpler terms, preventing damage from entry hazards or status this is really underselling magic guard, might be worth splitting up the ability sentences so you can yap about this broken ability some more. hazard immunity is so good in spikes meta and also cant be removed by knock like boots can, toxic being the best way to stop most sweepers is just straight up ignored (give examples of stuff like gliscor that cant do anything to you), and this also lets it act as a status absorber especially once poisoned while Unaware makes it a strong check to foes that rely on boosting their stats like Swords Dance Garchomp and Bulk Up Great Tusk. Calm Mind makes Clefable capable of setting up in front of foes that have trouble breaking through Clefable like Garchomp. this isnt really very substantial, if you want to talk about cm you can instead mention how the threat of boosting lets it check a lot more things like mdia ghold (if flame) etc Moonblast can potentially drop the Special Attack of opposing Pokemon like Tapu Lele, making Clefable even harder to break. Knock Off removes key items like Leftovers and Heavy-Duty Boots from foes that are not threatened by even boosted Moonblast, such as Toxapex, Heatran, and Volcarona. Alternatively, Flamethrower and Thunder are very solid options as coverage moves for Clefable; Flamethrower targets Steel-types, such as Mega Scizor and Gholdengo while Thunder pressures walls like Corviknight and Toxapex while hitting Heatran for neutral damage, although its accuracy can be unreliable could be worth having a short sentence to clarify why thunder > tbolt. Soft Boiled is required to provide Clefable recovery and longevity, since it is guaranteed to take attacks <= wording is strange, this implies its guaranteed to survive attacks from opposing Pokemon while setting up due to its low Speed. Leftovers is another source of longevity, providing passive recovery for longer matchups. Life Orb increases Clefable's attacking power, enabling valuable damage rolls like 2HKOing Ting-Lu with one boosted Moonblast and OHKOing Urshifu-R with unboosted Moonblast, and additionally has no drawback thanks to Magic Guard this is important. If Clefable's ability is Unaware, then Heavy-Duty Boots as item is required to protect it from Spikes and particularly Toxic Spikes, which is important for its setup sweeper role and its ability to check the setup sweepers mentioned above.

Gliscor, in particular, is a great partner, as it is also capable of crippling the opposing team with Knock Off, removing items like Heavy Duty Boots from Zapdos, and even providing status in Toxic, crippling foes like Terapagos why is this useful?. Gliscor also helps Clefable by absorbing Knock Off and status for Unaware Clefable. There are a few Steel-type Pokemon that can take on boosted Moonblasts effortlessly, such as Heatran, Melmetal, and Gholdengo. As as result, Clefable appreciates teammates that threaten these Pokemon, such as Great Tusk, Mega Lopunny, and Volcarona. Moonblast's Special Attack drop chance makes Clefable even harder to break for foes like Tapu Lele. reorded the sentence to flow better (spa drop chance was condensed since its dex info, and the flow goes spa drop => clef harder to break => foes that this is relevant to) Knock Off removes key items like Leftovers and Heavy-Duty Boots from foes that are not threatened by even boosted Moonblast, such as Toxapex, Heatran, and Volcarona.
