In Little Cup there is a very specific set of Pokemon allowed, and they absolutely have to at least make this criteria before even being considered a Little Cup Pokemon. This of course is to be a baby Pokemon or Stage 1.(but has to have an evolution)

Whatever Pokemon passes this check mark must then meet this next one; what is its viability? This means; Is it banned from Little Cup due to being over centralizing or broken? Or is it so abyssal it doesn't deserve to see the battle field.
