Comcast sucks

FOR THE LOVE OF...

In addition to the stupidity of the woman you chatted with, Comcast is at fault for hiring this complete Failure of a Woman. I'm patient but such a conversation with such a person, in real life, face to face, would quickly force me to beat them to death. I mean, can your brain not process the sheer simplicity that is your request? It does not take half a brain, or 15 minutes to process a request and magically create excuses all over the place in the process. It's people like this...

THAT REALLY BUG THE CRAP OUT OF EVERYONE

I have had serious issues with my Comcast connection dropping constantly for the past 5 years but I've been trapped with them because I had no other options where I live.

I'd be ready to snap with them by now if it wasn't for the fact that Verizon is putting fios lines all over my area and soon I can switch to that.

Moral of the story, Comcast sucks, avoid them like the Plague.

In a seomwhat unrelated incident, HP provides pretty good customer service. I've needed help on two separate occasions. Once, my sound wasn't working at alll (it said it was working but I heard nothing), the representative took control of the computer and fixed it for me. The other time, the disk drive broke (it wouldn't stay in). I had to get a new disk drive, but a representatitive clearly walked me through how to replace it. Thank god for warranties!
