Hello guys,
I'm Florian and I want to get back into Competitive Pokémon again. After a vaccine last year I had alot of traumatic experiences, including moments where my heart didnt beat, and I just want to enjoy life. After my therapy next week I'll be completely healty again. I love Pokémon since the first games.
Currently I see the challange, that I dont know the Metagame at all. Besides, I often have trouble to figure out which EV spread makes sense in the current Metagame. One thing I'm clear about are
- The Pokémon in my team
- Most of the holding items and most of the moves
So I'm looking for help when it comes to EV spreads and maybe some changes in items or movesets. Im also aware that I want to play a Bulky Offense Team, since I love power and bulk in a Pokémon team. Now that you know, that I'm completely lost when it comes to the new metagame, I'll show you the Pokémon team I want to use.
First of all I'm currently not sure which Pokémon should be my Hazard setter. I also see a lack in Bulk when it comes to the EV spreads. Also Im not sure about some movesets, for example change Dragon Dance on Tyranitar into Rock Polish. Im also not sure if Scizor or Tyranitar should get the mega evolution, and what else item Scizor should get:

Scizor @ Scizorite
Ability: Light Metal
EVS: 108 HP / 252 Atk / 148 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
- U-Turn
- Superpower
My idea is an hard hitting bulky Scizor. I remember these EVs back in the days when I have been playing alot. What I really like on Scizor is the moveset U-Turn, since I have the ability to switch into another Pokémon - e.g. Azumarill - if I encounter a threat which uses fire attacks. Bullet Punch gives me the ability to hit first in a critical situation, where another Pokémon doesnt have that much HP left.

Azumarill @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Huge Power
EVS: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Belly Drum
- Play Rough
- Aqua Jet
- Knock Off
I remember enjoying to play Azumarill alot. However, I struggle with the EV spread here, since only the HP wont do their job to make it bulky and somehow a Pivot for Tyranitar and Scizor. Belly Drum allows me to hit hard with Azumarill. Knock of - to me - is a nice move to get rid of items on my opponent while it gives 50% more power to Knock of itself.

Togekiss @ Leftovers
Ability: Seren Grace
EVS: 252 HP / 160 Def / 96 Spe
Bold Nature
- Water Pulse
- Air Slash
- Heal Bell
- Roost
Togekiss has mainly the position of a Pivot in this team. Heal Bell can cure annoying status conditions on my team. Water Pulse and Air Slash in combination with the ability Seren Grace can be really annoying for the apponent. Roost allows me to regenerate this little annoying thing. I was thinking about replacing Heal Bell with Wish, but I dont know if this is an good idea.

Tyranitar @ Shuca Berry
Ability: Sand Stream
EVS: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Ice Punch
My favorite Pokémon. What annoys me is, that Tyranitar onlyhas 2 Abilities. Sand Stream isnt that friendly to other Pokémon on my team. However, Tyranitar can be replaced very well by Scizor, since Scizor as a metal Pokémon doesnt take damage by Sand Stream. Currently Im seeing a lack in bulk in this Pokémon. What I like about this set, is that I can push Tyranitar with Dragon Dance to insane levels of power.

Latios @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVS: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psychic
- Aura Sphere
- Roost
If I take a closer look on my team, there is - untill now - a lack in Speed. So I need some Pokémon for speed control. Latios can be a good switch in, if Tyranitar faces Pokémon with ground or fighting attacks. Also it provides alot of speed. Life Orb allows me to hit even stronger. If there is a chance in a battle to recover Latios, Roost gives me the option to get Latios back full in HP and help my team much longer.

Tapu Koko @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Telepathy
EVS: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Dazzling Gleam
- Volt Switch
- Defog
Untill now, there is no Stealh Rock or anything on my team. I dont like this at all. But what I need on my team is definetly a Pokémon with Defog. Tapu Koko brings in Defog and - like Scizor - gives me with Volt Switch more flexibility when I'm facing a threat. Dazzling Gleam and Thunderbult are some nice STAB moves. As a ability I choosed Telepathy since the other ability would affect my Pokémon Team more negative. Correct me if Im thinking wrong here.
So, thats my Pokémon team. You guys really dont need to change the Pokémon itself and waste to much time. I just need some help when it comes to movesets, nature, EV spread, ability and items on my Pokémon. After that I'll battle alot on Pokémon Showdown and dive deeper into the Metagame, Team changes and other stuff.
Thanks alot for your help!
Cheers, Florian
