Thanks to Triage and Calm Mind, Comfey is a potent late-game sweeper that is extremely difficult to stop once its defensive checks have been removed. Comfey's bulk and typing help it set up against Pokemon like Passimian and Pangoro, while its limited coverage is just enough for it to bypass certain checks, including Incineroar and Ferroseed. Despite Comfey's insane late-game potential, it's limited by its inability to fit every coverage option into its moveset, meaning it'll always be checked by a handful of Pokemon like Delphox, Garbodor, and Dhelmise. Therefore, Pokemon like Choice Band Aerodactyl, Sigilyph, and offensive Rotom that can pressure such Pokemon are ideal teammates.
