Concept: Hail check
Description: a Pokemon that can be a reliable check to many of Hail team's great threats, while benefiting from Hail itself.
 
It comes around sometime after the topic leader is picked for the CAP project. Just wait, and you'll be able to post there.

Though, it would probably be better if you expanded on this...
 
Its okay Katherine, he just won't get voted, besides, no-one uses Hail, and I doubt Kitsunoh will suddenly create a spike in Hail usage.
