Confused Hail Team

So when I first made this team, I had the intention of creating a hail stall team. However, as I tested it, I found that I lost a lot more than I won. I know hail teams in general aren't the most viable ones, but winning a little more often would be nice.

After some tweaking, this is the team that I had the most success with, though more success would be nice. Stall seems to be an afterthought now, when Wallrein is my last Pokemon. But its not really all out offensive either. Help!

Abomasnow (F) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Snow Warning
EVs: 192 Atk / 64 SAtk / 252 Spd
Hardy Nature
- Blizzard
- Protect
- Earthquake
- Wood Hammer

Lead to get the hail going. I've found that the scarf helps me surprise a lot of leads and do substantial damage if not OHKOs, but yes I agree the scarf is a strange choice. Unfortunately, the team lacks type coverage and offensive power so I turned Abomasnow into an offensive lead. Not sure if thats a good idea but it has been pretty okay so far.

Slowbro (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Slack Off
- Psychic
- Flamethrower

My wall and backbone of the team. This guy is pretty much my go to man if I encounter something I can't handle. I got quite a few rage quits once he starts calm minding. He walls the fighting and steel types quite well. However, status problems kill me. Originally had Bronzong to SR and wall, but Slowbro seems to be superior.

Nidoqueen (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Toxic Spikes
- Earthquake
- Flamethrower
- Blizzard

Slowbro's complement. Whatever he can't handle, Nidoqueen handles. More importantly, Nidoqueen lays down the toxic spikes for me as well as offering more type coverage in the event Abomasnow goes down. Also walls Scizor quite well, which gives me a lot of problems. Originally had Tentacruel, but I found that Nidoqueens typing is better.

Weavile (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Brick Break
- Pursuit
- Ice Shard
- Ice Punch

Probably my best offensive Pokemon. Picks off the dragons and psychics.

Walrein (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Ice Body
EVs: 252 HP / 152 Def / 104 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Toxic
- Blizzard
- Substitute
- Protect

Stallrein. Need I say more?

Starmie @ Choice Specs
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Surf
- Blizzard
- Thunderbolt
- Trick

Torn between Trick and Rapid spin. Trick seems to be handy against those stat boosters, but stealth rock really hurts my team. Revenge killer of the team along with Weavile. I originally had a Subroost Zapdos, but I felt that i needed more offensive power.

I tend to have problems with VoltTurners, pokemon immune to poison, bulky psychics like Reuniclus. I am also worried that if Nidoqueen goes down, my team is ripped apart by electric attacks.

First of all replace protect with hp-fire on aboma as you are using scarf. Also change its nature to naive. I suggest to change calm mind with scald as you can easily be phased. For toxic spikes i suggest to use forretress in place of nidoqueen. You could also use forretress as it can also lay stealth rock and spin the hazards on your side of field, removing your doubts with starmie.
Hope i helped and gl with the team :)

Well with HP fire, the only things i'd be hitting are other steel types, and its usually not enough to OHKO anyways. I have plenty of fire between Nido and Slowbro, so i figure using protect to scout out is more beneficial.

I have looked at Fortress, but I like the offensive boost Nidoqueen brings. Fortress can't really KO anyone. *shrug I'll test it out.
