Mechanics Confusion damage shouldn't trigger berries

What is the bug?
In Gens 5, 6, and 7, if a Pokemon hits itself in confusion, items that activate once a certain HP threshold is reached (such as Sitrus/Iapapa/Liechi Berries) will not activate until the next time the Pokemon takes damage outside of confusion damage. This is unimplemented on PS!.

According to Bulbapedia this was fixed in Gen 8, but I do not currently have a great way of testing this on the Switch.
