Connection Issues

Can not seem to battle in shoddy. Whenever I log into Smogon and click find match, it takes a long time and I get a message saying their are issues with the connection, and disconnects from the server. I have downloaded java twice, and reinstalled shoddy twice. My internet connections are working fine, so I do not understand the problem.
 
I should, I am able to watch streaming videos on online just fine and downloading java and shoddy took little to no time.
 
Try this one another computer, and see if it might be a firewall or router, although it may not be likely, because you're already connected.
 
Used the laptop, shoddy ran fine on their. Came back to desktop still got, " an error occurred while reading a message from the server: connection resets". I am a little lost on what I should do.
 
I relooked at the error, it looks like your router restarts, or your internet resets, or it stops responding whenever you get that.
 
Those are some, there could be other things, like adapter failure, server connection failure, or something else.
