What is the bug?
Rollout pp is incorrectly displayed in GSC. The hover* display subtracts pp from every time its used whereas in actuality its only consumed on the first use of the lock-in. Rollout is relevant for stall teams and while you can manually count it, fixing the display would be a nice QOL change.
