I made an AG team, but I'll put it as Uber here, because why not? I've used it before and it's fairly nice, but it's not the best. Rate it, and try to give me flaws.
Victini @ Choice Band
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- V-create
Victini has one move; you'll figure that out soon. Same for most of the Pokemon in this team. I gave it V-Create as it has top power, and it assists the main Pokemon in the team. 252 attack is to maximize the damage output on V-Create, 252 speed is needed to try to outspeed threats, and I may as well waste the last 4 EVs in special defense, because most water type moves are special (I think, haven't done the complete analysis). Since I have one move, a choice item is nice, and Choice Band is good for Victini. An adamant nature is to deal even more damage.
Darmanitan (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Superpower
- Hammer Arm
- U-Turn
One of the most brutal Pokemon you'll ever see, this Pokemon plays a role. Superpower and Hammer Arm are amazing moves that lower stats; something I'll need. U-Turn is to retain momentum while dealing great damage. 252 attack is to deal as much damage as possible, along with 252 speed to outspeed threats, and four defense is, like Victini, might as well. Choice Scarf gives me extra speed, and Adamant Nature along with Darmanitan's amazing power, along with Sheer Force makes one strong sweeper. It destroys physically bulky Pokemon that would otherwise wall this team with the exception of possibly Rayquaza.
Rayquaza @ Choice Band
Ability: Air Lock
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Ascent
- V-create
Whether it's AG where it can mega evolve or Uber where it cannot, this thing is a beast. Dragon Ascent is all that is needed (unless there is another stat-dropping move). 4 defense because why not, and these EVs are pretty much Darmanitan's and Victini's reasons. Choice Band gets amazing power from Rayquaza, and Adamant nature is all left that I need to sweep.
Smeargle (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Own Tempo (Moody in AG)
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Recover
- Close Combat
- Super Fang
- Spore
Smeargle's an amazing Pokemon. It works wonders. Focus Sash is mandatory as this thing cannot take a hit (at least it's not Deoxys-A), and Spore is also mandatory as a 100% chance to disable the opponent is amazing. Close Combat and 252 attack EVs still isn't strong, so why? Here are the reasons.
1. With many, many Moody boosts, Close Combat deals nice damage. I have used this team before, and I nearly sweeped with it.
2. Close Combat helps out with the strategy in the team.
Super Fang will deal instant damage to anything, and Recover is to heal health, along with helping the signature Pokemon. The EVs are the exact same reason, sigh. A Jolly Nature helps with this as well. With Moody being unbanned, it's really really helping if this thing has Moody.
Malamar @ Choice Band
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Superpower
"These moves lower your stats, though!" you may say. This is where Malamar comes in. While Contrary Malamar in AG isn't the best, it's still a viable strategy in my opinion. Superpower, Choice Band, the same EVs and nature.
Now for the signature Pokemon, which is none other than...
Spinda (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Assist
- Fake Out
- Facade
- Fire Punch/Baton Pass
You may be saying:
"Isn't Spinda one of the worst Pokemon in the game?"
Well, I have figured out a Contrary and Assist strategy; and it's sure as hell amazing. Fake Out is for chip damage and to break Lugia/Dragonite's Multiscale. After this, Assist will be the main move. With the support moves, this is what it can happen:
Here are the pros and cons of each move:
Fire Punch
Pros
Pros
Well, tell me good stat-dropping physical moves that these Pokemon learn. I'd appreciate it. Be sure to rate this team one through ten, too.
Victini @ Choice Band

Well, I have figured out a Contrary and Assist strategy; and it's sure as hell amazing. Fake Out is for chip damage and to break Lugia/Dragonite's Multiscale. After this, Assist will be the main move. With the support moves, this is what it can happen:
- It can use the support moves (V-Create being the best) to brutally destroy the team. The selling point of Spinda in this team.
- Spinda can use Spore to delay the opponent (Smeargle), U-Turn to switch out while still dealing Damage (Darmanitan), and Recover to instantly heal health.
- Super Fang. Do I need to explain? (Smeargle)
Here are the pros and cons of each move:
Fire Punch
Pros
- Can deal with threats that are otherwise unbeatable on my team (except Victini's V-Create) such as Scizor, Ferrothorn, and Forretress.
- Can burn.
- Completely ruined by dragon types
- Does not have the highest base power
Pros
- Can Baton Pass every magnificent boost obtained by Contrary into some threatening sweepers, especially Darmanitan and Rayquaza
- Unless it has a speed boost, Spinda is killed before it can perform this unless it has its Focus Sash intact with full HP
- Pokemon can get infected/hurt by the (Toxic) Spikes and Stealth Rock
Well, tell me good stat-dropping physical moves that these Pokemon learn. I'd appreciate it. Be sure to rate this team one through ten, too.
