I’ll only rate Untitled 2. Here is my rate:

Major Changes:

My first change is changing Togekiss with Clefable. The reason for this is that your team lacks cleric support, or else you’ll easily be worn down. Clefable is a better Pokemon in sand teams than Togekiss because Magic Guard makes Clefable basically immune against sandstorm damage.

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Teleport
- Moonblast
- Wish
- Protect

Since you already have a special wall in Clefable, I recommend changing Tyranitar to Hippowdon. It also serves as the team‘s anti-HO since Whirlwind allows you to disable sweepers. Hippowdon does the same stuff as Tyranitar: set up Rocks and remove Fire-types. What differentiates Hippowdon from Tyranitar is that it can also remove opposing Excadrill and other Ground-types, which could prove annoying for your initial team.

Hippowdon @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 8 Atk / 248 Def
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Slack Off
- Whirlwind

Minor Changes:

Ferrothorn MUST always be used as a hazard stacker. Also, I don’t recommend Toxic nor Substitute for Ferrothorn. I recommend a Spikes set with both Knock Off and Body Press, and you can keep Leech Seed.

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Spikes
- Body Press
- Knock Off
- Leech Seed

Aegislash is not a defensive-oriented mon. It is an offensive Pokemon used to force out Pokemon like Clefable and Ferrothorn thanks to its handy coverage.

Aegislash @ Choice Band
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Iron Head
- Close Combat
- Shadow Sneak
- Shadow Claw

I don’t get why you have to run Mold Breaker Excadrill on a sand team. Sand Rush is the best ability in a sand team, since it turns Excadrill into an even fiercer sweeper. If you don’t know what Sand Rush is, it basically means that when sand is active, Excadrill, outspeeds the entire unboosted metagame, including Zeraora.

Excadrill @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Swords Dance
- Rapid Spin

Hope I helped!
