With a good Speed tier, access to Sturdy, and a good offensive profile, Ogerpon-C cements itself as a solid option for hyper offense teams; it also fits on any team that can reliably keep entry hazards off the field, as Sturdy allows it to act as an emergency button when faced with a setup sweeper such as Volcarona or Mega Gyarados. However, Ogerpon-C should be mindful about using its Tera, as this removes its Sturdy for an arguably worse +1 Defense. Power Whip is used for its higher Base Power, which reduces Ogerpon-C's reliance on Swords Dance for immediate power, while Horn Leech trades damage for healing and reliability. Superpower allows Ogerpon-C to hit Ferrothorn, although this breaks Sturdy, along with Tera Steel foes like Iron Valiant. Ogerpon-C's main weakness lies in its reliance on Sturdy to set up against more powerful foes and its lack of immediate power before setting up. Thus, it is better off being saved as a cleaner for the later stages of a game. Entry hazard support, in particular Spikes, is highly valued to allow Ogerpon-C to KO many more threats; it can capitalize on hazard chip, for instance KOing even bulky foes like defensive Great Tusk unboosted once they are chipped. Thus, allies that can set hazards early-game like Hisuian Samurott and Garchomp are good partners. Ogerpon-C is also held back by its middling Speed tier, which leaves it susceptible to being revenge killed by Mega Lopunny, as it is capable of bypassing Sturdy, along with many other foes like Iron Valiant if Ogerpon-C has already lost Sturdy. Thus, Pokemon like Choice Scarf Tapu Lele that can threaten these frailer foes make for good allies.

Power Whip is used for its higher base power, which reduces Ogerpon-C's reliance on Swords Dance for immediate power, while Horn Leech trades this for healing and reliability. {QC: do i add mention on why wood hammer is bad or is that too obvious yes no need} Stomping Tantrum allows Ogerpon-C to nail Heatran, which threatens to OHKO it with Magma Storm, and also 2HKO Gholdengo and Toxapex while hitting Tera Steel foes like Baxcalibur. (make this section abt superpower instead, namely hitting ferro and tera steel bax as you mentioned is fine) On the other hand, Knock Off is good for removing items from switch-ins like Landorus-T and Corviknight, although this risks Rocky Helmet chip damage, and still retain coverage for Gholdengo. (you just have to list hitting gholdengo, you dont get much utility knocking landoT/Corv instead of sd into cudgel) Ogerpon-C's main weakness lies in its reliance on Sturdy to set up against more powerful foes, and also its lack of immediate power before setting up. Thus, it is better off saved as a cleaner for the later stages of a game. Entry hazard support, in particular Spikes, is highly valued to allow Ogerpon-C to KO much more threats; Ogerpon-C can capitalize on hazard chip to KO even bulky foes like defensive Ursaluna-BM and Great Tusk (doesnt +2 pwhip kill both of these? if you mean unboosted, make sure to specify) once they are chipped. Thus, allies that can set hazards early like Hisuian Samurott and Garchomp are good partners. Ogerpon-C is also walled by a number of defensive Pokemon, like Landorus-T, Ferrothorn, and Gliscor, which threaten to cripple it with Toxic or at the very least break Sturdy; powerful special wallbreakers like Tapu Lele and setup sweepers like Baxcalibur can take advantage of these checks to either throw about powerful attacks or set up for a sweep. (u beat every mon listed, id probably focus on its middling speed tier leaving it suspectible to faster rkillers and teammates to mitigate that)

Superpower allows Ogerpon-C to hit Ferrothorn, although this breaks Sturdy, along with Tera Steel foes like Baxcalibur, while Knock Off is coverage for Gholdengo. However, Ogerpon-C should be mindful about using its Tera, as this removes its Sturdy for an arguably worse +1 Defense. Power Whip is used for its higher base power Base Power (Base Power is always capitalised), which reduces Ogerpon-C's reliance on Swords Dance for immediate power, while Horn Leech trades damage for healing and reliability. Superpower allows Ogerpon-C to hit Ferrothorn, although this breaks Sturdy, along with Tera Steel foes like Baxcalibur. Ogerpon-C's main weakness lies in its reliance on Sturdy to set up against more powerful foes and its lack of immediate power before setting up. Entry hazard support, in particular Spikes, is highly valued to allow Ogerpon-C to KO many more threats; it can capitalize on hazard chip, for instance KOing even bulky foes like defensive Ursaluna-BM Ursaluna-B (you can find all forme names on standards by searching 'standards for forme names' - it's also right at the top and useful to check bc some arent as intuitive) and Great Tusk unboosted once they are chipped. Thus, allies that can set hazards early (would be good to clarify this as early-game if it's accurate) like Hisuian Samurott and Garchomp are good partners. Ogerpon-C is also held back by its middling Speed tier, which leaves it susceptible to being revenge killed by foes like Mega Lopunny or and Baxcalibur ('foes' is plural so the list needs to be plural to match) after a Speed boost, as both are capable of bypassing Sturdy, along with many others like Iron Valiant if Ogerpon-C has already lost Sturdy. Thus, Pokemon like Choice Scarf Tapu Lele that can threaten these frailer foes make for good allies.
