[SET COMMENTS]
Offensive Nasty Plot Gholdengo is a powerful wallbreaker with a near-unresisted STAB combination. After Nasty Plot, Shadow Ball + Make It Rain can 2HKO most walls and OHKO almost everything else. Bulletproof checks opposing Ghost-types by blocking Shadow Ball and also blocks Pyro Ball, while Magic Guard notably turns Garganacl into setup fodder and allows Gholdengo to run the powerful Steel Beam. Recover is the preferred move in the last slot, but it can be replaced with Dazzling Gleam, Focus Blast, Psyshock, or Thunderbolt to hit Roaring Moon, Kingambit, Clodsire, and Corviknight, respectively. Substitute can also be used for safer setup opportunities. This set is mainly weak to Blissey in general, as well as the aforementioned Pokemon without the right coverage,; this makes Great Tusk a great partner for Gholdengo, particularly Bulk Up sets. Gholdengo also pairs well with a Fire-type answer, such as Iron Moth, Well-Baked Body Corviknight, or Primordial Sea users.

Offensive Nasty Plot Gholdengo is a powerful wallbreaker, with a near-unresisted STAB combination. Nasty Plot gives it the ability to Ohko or 2hko any neutral targets, as well as completely destroying any weak targets, such as Hatterene, Baxcalibur and other Gholdengos one may encounter After Nasty Plot, Shadow Ball + Make It Rain can 2HKO most walls and OHKO most everything else. Bulletproof makes Gholdengo blanket-wall other Gholdengos, as well as Shell Smash Polteageist checks opposing Ghost-types and also blocks Pyro Ball, while Magic Guard notably turns Garganacl into setup fodder and allows for Steel Beam. Nasty Plot to set up, Shadow Ball as a reliable Ghost Stab and either Make It Rain for Bulletproof Variants, or Steel Beam for Magic Guard ones. Steel Beam variants attempt to wallbreak after a +2 boost as soon as possible, while Bulletproof variants attempt to clean teams slowly. Recover is used for longevity the preferred move in the last slot, but can be replaced with Dazzling Gleam, Focus Blast, Psyshock, comma or Thunderbolt to hit Roaring Moon, Kingambit, Clodsire, comma and Corviknight respectively; Substitute can also be used for safer setup opportunities. Max Special Attack and Speed to ensure it hits as hard as possible, while being as fast as possible. This set is mainly weak to Blissey in general, unless you are using Psyshock, as well as the aforementioned Pokemon without the right coverage, this makes Great Tusk a great partner for Gholdengo, with its Bulk Up moveset in particular beating all of the mentioned Pokemon. As an other option, Steelworker can work out really well with Make It Rain to dish out huge damage.

Would mention that it needs to be paired with fire answer since Iron Moth otherwise checks and other Fire-types just kill it dead. Ting-Lu answer is good too since non MGLO doesn't 2HKO unboosted.
