Corviknight is a staple on Steel-type teams due to its great bulk and amazing defensive typing that gives Steel a valuable Ground immunity and Fighting neutrality. Bulk Up allows Corviknight to set up and become a dangerous bulky sweeper capable of dismantling unprepared teams. Taunt is used to stop hazard setters such as Galarian Corsola and Ferrothorn from setting up Stealth Rock and prevent Pokemon such as Hippowdon and Toxapex from using Whirlwind or Haze. Power Trip is an option over Taunt to make the Ghost matchup easier. Brave Bird hits threats such as Keldeo and Kommo-o. Mirror Armor is the preferred ability so Corviknight can check Mystical Fire users such as Indeedee. Ferrothorn is a good partner, as its able to switch in on strong Water-type attacks such as Dracovish's Fishious Rend, and it can also set up entry hazards. Excadrill is also a good teammate due to its Ground typing allowing it to take care of Fire-types like Chandelure and Rotom-H.

Bulk Up allows Corviknight to set up and beable to tank physical attacks while outputing more damage from Brave Bird. become a dangerous bulky sweeper capable of dismantling unprepared teams. Taunt is used to stop slow hazard setters (typo) such as Galarian Corsola and Ferrothorn from setting up Stealth Rock and also stop prevent (variety) Pokemon such as Hippowdon and Toxapex from getting rid of its boosts with using Whirlwind or Haze. Power Trip is another option over Taunt to make the Ghost-type matchup much more easier. Brave Bird is the go to attack to take down Brave Bird is its main attack and hits threats such as Keldeo and Kommo-o. Mirror Armor is the preferred ability so Corviknight can check Mystical Fire users such as Indeedee. However, Corviknight struggles with Dracovish due to its move Fisheous Rend, so Ferrothorn is a great good partner as it can come in and take the attack while being able to set up Stealth Rock. its able to switch in on strong Water-type attacks such as Dracovish's Fishious Rend, and it can also set up entry hazards. Excadrill is also a good teammate due to its Ground-typing allowing it to take care of Fire-types like Chandelure and Rotom-Heat.
