Replay Could someone rate my team? :)

Hello this is my first ever team and i'd like someone to rate it before i go through all the trouble of making it.

I have some replays to show the team in action both losses and wins to see the team from both sides:
Wins:
http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-112170961
http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-112180863
http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-112184206
Losses:

Mega Garchomp @ Garchompite
Rough Skin (Normal Garchomp)
Adamant Nature 4hp , 252 Atk , 252 Spe
Dragon Claw
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Fire Fang

Garchomp is what the team is all about and i want to prevent having to switch him out of my team if possible. His job is just to kill about everything in its path except some threats of course.

Galvantula Focus sash
Compound Eyes
Timid Nature 252 Sp Atk , 4 Sp Def , 252 Spe
Thunder
Volt Switch
Bug Buzz
Sticky Web

Galvantula's main priority is to set up a Sticky Web and switch into Tyranitar so i can set up hazards and if necessary he could take care of some water/flying types i dont want on his team anymore. Focus sash is given to Galvantula for the below stated reason (Tyranitars description).

Tyranitar @ Focus Sash
Sand Stream
Hasty Nature 4Atk, 252 Sp Atk, 252 Spe
Stealth Rock
Crunch
Earth Power
Ice Beam

Tyranitar needs to set up some hazards and get the sand stream up so i can imediatly switch into Garchomp Mega Evolve him and outspeed about everything. Since i NEED the sandstorm and Sticky Web to outspeed other Mega Garchomps i want my Tyranitar and as previously noticed Galvantula to set up their web , sand stream and hazards so i gave them both a sash to prevent OHKO's.

Slowbro @ Leftovers
Regenerator
Bold Nature 252 HP , 252 Def , 4 Sp Atk
Flamethrower
Scald
Psychic
Slack Off

Slowbro is my Physical wall IF a threat manages to outspeed Garchomp Slowbro needs to jump in to take the hit and if he can live multiple hits he might be able to even put a burn on him. Slack off so he can regen in and out of battle.

Aegislash @ Air Balloon
Stance Change
Sassy Nature 144 HP , 252 Atk , 112 Sp Def
King's Shield
Sacred Sword
Swords Dance
Shadow Sneak

Basically this guy is my special wall however i am really uncertain if this is a good idea and this is the main member of the team i'd like feedback on. The reason i chose air ballon is because he can switch into Earth type moves.

Togekiss @ Leftovers
Serene Grace
Modest 248 HP , 28 Sp Atk , 232 Spe
Nasty Plot
Air Slash
Dazzling Gleam
Roost

Togekiss can switch into an enemy Mega Garchomp or other dragon types that might outspeed my Mega Garchomp besides she can flinch the shit out of basically anything. Im not sure if i should run Nasty Plot since i almost NEVER use it any suggestions?

If someone could give me some feed back on this that would be great :)

I actually think your team is pretty bad no offense. No set-ups, no hazards, no status hazards, no defog/rapid spin, no roar/whirlwind, no nothing. You basically just have a team full of Tanky Sweepers. May work in the younger battles, but as you rank up a bit, you'll start seeing the flaws in this team. Mega Garchomp has no scarf, therefore he'll get owned by faster Ice Beamers (Greninja) and he's supposedly the powerhouse on your team. But only experience can teach you the flaws in a team like this, you'll learn bud.

My advice though, if you like sweepers, make sure you implement entry hazards and a support on your team, to heal your sweepers from status conditions and such. Also something to remove hazards, like defog (Togekiss can learn Defog and Heal Bell, js)
