XY OU Could someone rate this team?

I just made this mainly out of pokemon that I like and its been going decently for me but I was just wondering if anyone could give me some suggestions on how to improve it.

Florges @ Leftovers
Ability: Flower Veil
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Wish
- Protect
- Aromatherapy
- Moonblast
Florges is my special wall and something that I use for switching into predicted moves, it normally wish passes and has aromatherapy for status but can also sort of fight by spamming wish and moonblast or protect depending on how much health I have. Moonblast also stops me from being taunted and left helpless.

Breloom @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Spore
- Mach Punch
- Bullet Seed
- Leech Seed
Breloom is what I use if I can't hit the other guy with other stuff. It uses spore if I think that there is a point but it usually just uses bullet seed for the technician boosts. Mach punch gives priority and gives me something to use on steel types and leech seed is my recovery outside of wishes.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 184 Def / 72 Spe
Impish Nature
- Toxic
- Roost
- Substitute
- Earthquake
Gliscor plays a huge role in my team and spreads around toxic. I have substitute to give me a turn to use roost. Roost and poison heal together make for a lot of healing on gliscor and through toxic it can usually out-stall other pokemon. Earthquake gives me a way to both attack and avoid taunt.
Charizard @ Charizardite Y
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Flamethrower
- Solar Beam
- Dragon Pulse
- Focus Blast
Charizard is my main sweeper, thanks to drought I have one turn solar beams to hit water types and flamethrower for STAB. I use flamethrower because of no stat drops or low accuracy. Dragon pulse hits dragons that resist both flamethrower and solar beam. I want to replace focus blast but I'm not sure what to put in it's place.
Excadrill @ Assault Vest
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Rock Slide
Excadrill is my usual lead. It switches out soon after I start a match but can hit fairly hard with its attacks. Later in the game I use it for rapid spinning because charizard really needs to get rid of stealth rocks. Rock slide is used over stone edge because of better accuracy. Mold breaker is used because I don't want to rely on weather. Assault vest helps with general survivability
Sylveon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 Spe
Mild Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Shadow Ball
- Psyshock
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Sylveon is usually the last thing I send out and it does great in that spot. Hyper voice is the main thing here and hits pretty much everything. Hidden power fire for ferrothorns and scizors. Psyschock hits blissey and chansey and shadow ball hits pokemon that resist psyschock and hyper voice while making up for the lack of power in hidden power
Thanks in advance for any help given.

Breloom: Can you explain your reasoning behind the life orb and the EV spread?

Gliscor: Looks good, but for toxic stalling Protect is usually better than Roost

Charizard: Move 4 EV from HP to defense. As it is, you have an even HP value, meaning that you will die if you switch into rocks twice. By changing HP->defense, you will have an odd value, so you will survive with 1 HP. Also, Dragon Pulse's coverage is not valuable enough for it to be used over Roost.

Excadrill: Max attack is tempting, but Excadrill's base SDef is 65. If you want to take hits with an Assault Vest, use a spread like 120 HP / 136 Atk / 252 SpD to take advantage of that item.

Life orb and technician together lead to really powerful bullet seeds and 4 attack EVs just give it another boost, speed so that I have a better chance of getting in spore and HP for survivability. I generally don't like protect unless it is to secure a wish and roost has been a real life-saver for me before but other than that I made the changes, thanks a lot for the help

With Breloom it seems like you're trying to make a hybrid between the defensive Leech Seed set and the offensive Focus Sash set. From a theoretical standpoint, I don't think this set will be very effective because it can't take hits as well as Seed set and it is a lot weaker than the Sash set. I haven't played with this Breloom, so if it works for you, that's great. But I would urge you to try out the standard sets as well.
