Have a last seen display when searching for someone who isn't your friend so you can just check a users potential activity.

Have accounts that have been inactive for x years deactivate making them fair-game once more (i'm thinking 6 for fairness purposes) somethings gotta give no ?

We have this, it’s simply gated to users who have them friended.

No. We free up accounts as prizes after a certain point of inactivity, but we’re never going to do it en masse.
