Duplicate Court Change/Rapid Spin creates "light" hazard sprites

What is the bug?
Court Changing at the same time as an opponent Rapid Spins results in them visually staying up permanently, even though they're not actually there (see turns 21 and 32).

Sticky webs visual remains after being removed in live game. Replay doesn't show it though (battle)

Agreed. I think that bug is a duplicate, but I would say I've documented it better here. I haven't noticed it in the last few days, but I'll see if I can recreate it (will edit this post).
