Pending /coverage command parameters

Add a scrappy parameter to the /coverage command to indicate that any Normal and Fighting parameters should be able to hit Ghost-types. This may seem meaningless, as you could just ignore the Ghost immunities, but it matters when adding the table parameter.

adding on to this, it would be nice to have this for all type matchup affecting abilities like thick fat, dry skin and immunity abilities
