Creating an AI. Would love to get access to anonymized battle logs

Hello, I'm creating an AI to play Pokemon (particularly battles) as a specialized research project for my master's degree. I'd like to use ML techniques, but I'd need a good amount of data to pull that off. Does anyone know how I can access Showdown battle logs in bulk?

I believe that an AI called Future Sight AI had a similar request a couple years ago, and the author was granted a few million anonymized battle logs. Is there any way I could get such access as well please?

For those interested, the project is open source.
 
Hey there, I also have a similar project going on, are all data grants no longer offered or can randomized battles be anonymized and offered in a way? If not, what are some main blockers regarding this decision? Thanks!

To my understanding the reason is because no one on the current Pokemon Showdown administration team is interested in offering data grants.
