According to Cresselia's move listing on both Smogon and Serebii, Cresselia can learn Recycle, but said move isn't listed on the Shoddy Team Builder (under R, I can only find Rain Dance, Reflect, Rest, and Return).
Am I missing something or is this a mistake? I was going to try out Recycle Cresselia, but apparently the Team Builder won't let me use it, so . . .
