Cresselia Moveset Discussion

Well I have the extreme luck of getting a Bold Cresselia with good IVs on my first try, so I've decided to use her and have been thinking about movesets.
I've already EV trained HP, haven't decided what's next.

Super Annoying Wall:

Rest
Sleep Talk
Psycho Shift
---(Empty, or even worse, Double Team *shudder*)-----


Shielding Spec. Attacker:
Ice Beam
Psychic
Toxic
Moonlight/Lunar Dance


any thoughts, suggestions? I don't want to train my other EVs until I know what I'm using, though I suppose spec. attack is used in both..

Haven't caught Cresselia yet, working on breeding/training other pokemon first. But I'm probably going to go with this moveset:

Ice Beam
Grass Knot
Calm Mind
Rest
