Cripple, Then Sweep (OU Team)

Hey, everyone. First off, thanks for reading this. I would like some feedback on my team. It's a balanced team designed to cripple and hamper the opponent's Pokemon as much as possible while setting up good conditions for one of my two sweepers to come in, set up, and start hitting. I do have a few ideas already on how to improve this team, but I do appreciate feedback. (I also apologize for the lack of awesome pics that everyone else has on their threads.)

Talonflame w/ Choice Band

Ability: Gale Wings

Jolly Nature (+SpD, -SpA)

252 Att/ 252 Spd/ 6 HP

Brave Bird/ Flare Blitz/ U-Turn/ Me First

Talonflame is both the revenge killer and the U-turn lead. Early on, its job is to scout the team with U-turn and gain momentum. Later on, it can come in on weakened threats and finish them off either with priority Brave Bird or Flare Blitz. Me First is on there because at the time, I couldn’t think of other moves to go there that I didn’t already have coverage for. That being said, I haven't had to use it yet, so it's up for changes. Also, I'm going to change the nature to Adamant just to get some more power output.

Klefki w/ Iron Ball

Ability: Prankster

Impish Nature (-SpA, +Def)

252 HP/ 252 Def/ 4 Atk

Switcheroo/ Spikes/ Thunder Wave/ Play Rough

Klefki’s role is to cripple the opponent’s Pokemon as much as possible. It can use Switcheroo to give a difficult Pokemon its Iron Ball, which is useful since quite a few Pokemon can outspeed Lucario and Garchomp. It also paralyzes foes with Thunder Wave and sets up Spikes to make Lucario and Garchomp’s job of sweeping easier. Play Rough is used so Klefki isn’t Taunt bait. (Aren’t you glad I’m not using the infamous Swagplay set?)

Rotom-Wash w/ Leftovers

Ability: Levitate

Calm Nature (+SpD, -Atk)

252 HP/ 252 SpD/ 4 SpA

Will-o-Wisp/ Volt Switch/ Hydro Pump/ Hidden Power Grass

Rotom-W is the specially-bulky pivot, and it does a lot for the team. It can burn physical-attacking Pokemon with Will-o-Wisp, it can check several Pokemon that could threaten its teammates with Hydro Pump (like Gliscor and other Talonflame), and thanks to its low speed, it can bring in a teammate virtually unscathed. HP Grass is there to deal with Unaware Quagsire, who would normally laugh at Lucario and Garchomp trying to set up.

Wobbuffet w/ Leftovers

Calm Nature (+SpD, -Atk)

252 HP/ 252 SpD/ 4 Def

Counter/ Mirror Coat/ Encore/ Destiny Bond

Wobbuffet was literally one of the last-minute throw in (because Wynaut?). Its job is to help deal with offensive (preferably Choice Scarfed) Pokemon by using either CounterCoat or Destiny Bond. Encore is here to let Wobbuffet give either Lucario or Garchomp an easy switch-in and a set-up opportunity. You might realize (as I did) that it has the same EV spread as Rotom-W. I’m fine with that for now, but I’m thinking about a mixed defensive EV spread as well.

Lucario w/ Life Orb

Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)

252 SpA/ 252 Spd/ 4 SpD

Nasty Plot/ Aura Sphere/ Dark Pulse/ Flash Cannon

Finally, we get to the sweepers. I would be going with Mega Lucario if it weren’t banned in OU, but I can live with that. Life Orb Lucario does just fine. As one of the sweepers, Lucario's job is to set up with Nasty Plot and start hitting hard with its attacks. Aura Sphere and Flash Cannon are both solid 80 BP attacks, and both get STAB. Dark Pulse provides good neutral coverage with the other two attacks and a potential flinch chance.

Garchomp w/ Lum Berry

Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SpA)

252 Atk/ 252 Spd/ 4 HP

Swords Dance/ Outrage/ Earthquake/ Fire Fang

Garchomp is the physical heavy hitter of the team. His job, if everyone else has done theirs, is to set up with Swords Dance and start sweeping the opponent’s Pokemon with STAB Outrage and Earthquake. Fire Fang provides super-effective coverage against Skarmory and neutral coverage against Togekiss, the only two Pokemon resistant/immune to Outrage and Earthquake. (However, I will probably switch that out for Stone Edge since I have Talonflame with STAB Flare Blitz.) Lum Berry cures him of confusion after an outrage and provides a buffer against anyone using a status move.

Last Thoughts:
One more thing I notice is that I don't have a cleric or a status absorber on my team, so that's one thing I want some ideas about: a) who I should use for a cleric and b) who I should replace (if you want to say Wobbuffet, that's fine). Thanks again for your help.

Since you're looking for a replacement for Wobbuffet...
Sylveon @ Leftovers
EV: 252 HP, 252 SpA, 4 SpD OR 252 Hp, 252 Def, 4 SpD OR 252 HP, 252 SpD, 4 SpA (Modest, Calm)
Ability: Pixellate
-Hyper Voice
-Heal Bell
-Wish
-Protect/Toxic

As you can see, Sylveon has a lot of options. Florges is also a choice, although I prefer Sylveon. Heal Bell allows for a different item use on Garchomp as well, probably Life Orb, of maybe even Choiced in some way. (Bar SD)
If you REALLY want to run Wobbuffet, I suggest Mega Mawile. Encore plus Shadow Tag allows Mega Mawile to come in easily to set up a Swords Dance or a Substitute. Just a suggestion. C:

That looks like a good idea. What do you think about the rest of the team?
