~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I'm disappointed I can't use Comic Sans or Papyrus as my font :/
I know a lot of you haven't seen me in awhile, well, of course I'm saying this to the people who actually know me. A lot of you are probably just now finding out I exist. Oh and I got a name change :]]]]]]]
So, don't ask me how, but I made a good team. I was trying to build around the str8 savage that is known as Mega Swampert (which wins like, every game). I was actually running out of ideas and I started looking through some RMTs for some ideas. After a day or two this team came out. Some people I know have had some great success with this team, and I have too. So here I am sharing it with you guys. I would just use the RMT chat on PS but that room is dead af.
Also the meta has changed quite a bit since I left in September. Zapdos is UU, the Normal/Mega split happened, Crawdaunt is UU.
"LILLI STFU YOU'RE WASTING MY TIME WITH ALL THIS POINTLESS TEXT, JUST MOVE ONTO THE TEAM YOU FGT!!!!!"
Ok man sry ;[
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The Diddler (Swampert) (M) @ Swampertite
Ability: Damp
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Waterfall
- Ice Punch
- Earthquake
- Rain Dance

Here it is, the Pokemon I wanted to build around. Mega Swampert is a very underrated threat in UU. Most people don't account for Mega Swampert, and many people don't expect it either. They switch in their Blissey and next thing they know they have a fat pink egg split in half. The set is pretty basic, Waterfall and Earthquake for STAB and Ice Punch for coverage.

Insert Nickname (Azelf) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt
- Knock Off
- Explosion

In addition to the Hyper Offensive thing I decide to add Azelf as a suicide lead. Every Hyper Offensive team requires a suicide lead so I figured Azelf was the only really viable one in the tier. Simply taunt your opponent and just setup from there. Knock Off when neccesary and explode when neccesary. Also if anyone can give me a good Azelf nickname that would be highly appreciated.

Slave Labor (Whimsicott) (F) @ Pixie Plate
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Moonblast
- U-turn
- Encore
- Giga Drain

Here we have the Satan spawn itself, Whimsicott. Something to break bulky waters and stall is nice for this team, as Swampert has issues against all of that nonsense. Pixie Plate Moonblast is nice for Mega Sceptile, as Swampert has issues with that as well. That encore is for the stall breaking, keep a specific Pokemon doing the same move they don't want to keep using.

Koba (Infernape) (M) @ Life Orb

Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Fire Blast
- Grass Knot
- Vacuum Wave

Here we have another setup sweeper to compliment this Hyper Offense/Whatever this is. Infernape helps alleviate the presence of grass types for more breathing room for Swampert. Simply setting up a Nasty Plot is enough to almost guarantee a victory against slower teams. Also this is basically my answer for crawdaunt, Vacuum Wave OHKO's.

252 SpA Life Orb Infernape Vacuum Wave vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Crawdaunt: 237-281 (88.4 - 104.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock

CSB Nickname (Crobat) (M) @ Sky Plate
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- Roost
- U-turn
- Taunt

This helps against Pokemon that are getting a bit greedy on their set up. This also helps against hazard setters. Sky Plate Brave Bird assist in OHKOing some important threats to the team, as well as dealing more damage to Pokemon that would otherwise not take too much damage.

Hydreigon @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 76 Atk / 180 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- U-turn
- Iron Tail
-Draco Meteor
-Dark Pulse

Thank you Arifeen for this change (someone tell me how to tag). Porygon-Z was here before but it only increased a Chandelure weakness. Since LO Hydreigon is basically the best thing ever, it was a good rethe lace,end for Porygon. The LO set likes to just deal incredible damage to pretty much everything, and Iron Tail is good for my small issues with Florges.

And that's it. The importable is below in case you want to test this team out for yourself. Feel free to rate this team how've you please this includes "WOW THIS TEAM IS TRASH KYS!!!"

Just to let you guys know, I didn't use gifs or sprites for any of the analysis because it would be tedious and not to mention they like to expand and glitch out which is evident in the intro.

Edit: I just removed the sprites entirely

Heyo that's a pretty cool team you got here. Here are a few changes:

  • I really like the fact that you're using offensive Infernape in this team, it's an underrated threat that punches huge holes into many teams, and is quite unprepared for. There is one drawback to using this Infernape however: it lures in Chandelure and your team struggles a lot against it, since you have zero switchins against it. Scarf Chandelure is also very dangerous for your team, as it can spam Shadow Ball, and you cannot switch Porygon Z into it because Fire Blast can KO it, leading you to sack a Pokemon and then switch Porygon in and they can get a free switch to a Dark Pulse resist or just stay in to your Tri Attack, making you lose PP and force you to switch out too. Therefore, a better choice is to have a Chandelure counter, while still retaining the offensive capabilities. The best idea is to use Hydreigon, but that also lures Florges and which is annoying for your team to deal with. Therefore, you need something that not only can counter Chandelure, but also not give a free switch to Florges. The ideal option, therefore, is to use Mixed Life Orb Hydreigon over Porygon Z. This retains the offensive prowess, while having a better Speed tier as well as 2HKO Florges upon switchin with Iron Tail, or at least heavily damaging it and reducing its effectiveness throughout the game. It can also lure Whimsicott and hit it hard as well, which can prove to be a nuisance to your team because of Encore and the fact that it can check Mega Swampert.

  • Although Power-Up Punch is nice on Mega Swampert, I do believe that it should be used instead of Rain Dance, since it's nice to have on a Rain team, and thus, you'd need a Rain setter, because Ice Punch is an amazing move on Swampert that lets you take care of Salamence, Hydreigon, Whimsicott, Roserade and Rotom-Mow, while beating a weakened Chesnaught as well, giving an easier time to plow through the opponent's team. Clearly, having a different rain setter is not possible for your team, and thus, discarding Power-Up Punch is a better option. Therefore, running Ice Punch over Power-Up Punch is optimal.

  • Whimsicott is an amazing pivot which loves to stay healthy in order to take more hits especially Calm Mind boosted Scald, as the burn can wear it down more easily. Therefore, running Giga Drain over Energy Ball is better because that gives you health which is your only way of restoring HP on such an important Pokemon, especially since it's your team's check to a lot of setup sweepers; Dragon Dance Salamence, Belly Drum Slurpuff, Curse Snorlax and a few more.

Thanks for the rate arifren, I'll be applying the changes to the RMT after i test them out a bit. Also it's a damn shame Whimsicott doesn't get Rain Dance, this team would be op.
