Concept: Fakemon Duo
Pokémon Name: Straigar [prevo is Tyker]
Typing: Electric/Rock
Base Stats: 115 / 95 / 90 / 85 / 80 / 60 [525] (Tyker's is 85 / 75 / 60 / 65 / 50 / 30)
Height: 1.4m
Weight: 156kg
Notable Moves:
… Earthquake, Rock Slide/Boulder Rush, Hidden Power
… Thunderbolt, Hidden Power, Thunder, Crunch
… Toxic, Rest, Sleep Talk, Protect, Thunder Wave, Roar, Curse, Screech
Description: Electric mons have a problem standing out in GSC due to Zapdos and Raikou being so prominent. Straiger's Rock-type and access to Earthquake give it a lot of value in checking both Electrics and non-EQ Snorlax. It does end up struggling against other threats, namely Marowak, Nidoking and Golem. It ends up having a lot of positive contrast, especially making use of Rock's defensive value which is normally difficult to do. Crunch coverage for Exeggutor is also pretty cool.
Prompt: Fakemon Duo
Pokémon Name: Werelycan [prevo is Warfurs]
Typing: Dark/Fighting
Base Stats: 85 / 105 / 75 / 95 / 80 / 85 [525] (Warfurs is 45 / 75 / 55 / 75 / 60 / 55)
Height: 2.3m
Weight: 201kg
Notable Moves:
… Cross Chop, Earthquake, Preying Swipe
… Crunch, Hidden Power, Icy Wind, Pursuit
… Rest, Sleep Talk, Roar, Curse, Swords Dance, Parry
Description: A typing change ends up being a big help here. Werelycan's gameplay remains the same: punishing switches with Icy Wind. It has strong synergy with spikes builds, and so the typing change was made to synergize better with Cloyster, letting it deal with Ghosts looking to take Cloyster's boom, and being able to scare Starmie from spinning with Crunch. Its counters, of course, change as a result, as it struggles with Heracross, Skarmory, Scizor and Machamp.
Pokémon Name: Luxswan (can use Stick)
Typing: Grass/Flying
Base Stats: 82 / 80 / 75 / 78 / 82 / 65 [462 BST]
Height: 3'11
Weight: 47 lb
Notable Moves:
… Aeroblast, Hidden Power, Preying Swipe
… Razor Leaf
… Swords Dance, Agility, Baton Pass, Rest, Sleep Talk, Whirlwind
Description: Stick + crit moves = 50% crit rate in Gen 2. This is a fair bit of an overhaul here, but this core concept remains the same. Rather than giving it Fighting coverage to break through Flying resists, I gave it Razor Leaf to achieve part of this goal. This still leaves Steels as a big counter to it (especially Skarmory), but I think that, given the RNG involved with using this Pokemon, it helps to ensure it can't just randomly blow up something (+2 Aeroblast crit only does 54% max to Skarmory), and Razor Leaf not getting SD boosts helps if it needs to be revenge-killed (it does 59% max to Ttar).

Pokémon Name: Kazappelin
Typing: Electric/Poison
Base Stats: 85 / 95 / 95 / 85 / 75 / 75 [510]
Height: 1.7m
Weight: 62.3 kg
Notable Moves:
… Explosion, Malnourish/Sludge Bomb
… Thunder/Thunderbolt, Surf, Ice Beam
… Spikes, Thunder Wave
Description: This one didn't need too much of a change. I moved some stats around to optimize it a bit less, and it continues to draw on a wide array of OU Pokemon to stand out. It offers OU another Spikes option, using its different typing to have different matchups than Cloyster. Malnourish and Spikes is an amazing combo for offense, with Malnourish forcing so many switches and causing Spikes damage to really add up. Statwise, it compares to a slower Nidoking, who is also quite difficult to switch into. As an Electric, while it frailer and doesn't hit as hard, it gets coverage without needing to take up its Hidden Power, and it can boom (not to mention Spikes). While it seems like it can do a bit of everything, it can't recover outside of Rest and its average stats will prevent it from being invincible. The 4x Earthquake weakness is also rather easy to tech for.

Pokémon Name: Toxicuatro [toxic + quatro, spanish for four]
Typing: Poison/Flying
Base Stats: 90 / 125 / 100 / 85 / 95 / 85 [580]
Height: 6'07
Weight: 363.7 lb
Notable Moves:
… Sludge Bomb, Drill Peck
… Hidden Power
… Curse, Rest, Sleep Talk, Toxic, Swords Dance
Description: The fourth legendary bird! A Swords Dance breaker is rather rare in GSC, with Tentacruel being the main option here. Toxicuatro hits harder out of the gate, but will find it harder to chip Steels without a different secondary STAB. With a decently fast haze, it can also be an emergency check to CurseLax or DrumExo. Appreciates support from Zapdos/Vaporeon in dealing with Skarmory and Steelix, as even HP Fire won't be enough to break them. (also i have a future idea themed around the legendary birds and it gets even better with this guy there, so plz vote for it!)
This one is the same as the original submission, but with a larger learnset.
Move Name: Tight Grip
Typing: Normal
BP: 60
PP: 10/12/14/16
Accuracy: 100
Secondary Effects / Effects: Disables the target's item until it switches out.
Suggested Distribution: (Tunguru)
Description: This pulls on the Embargo effect from Gen 4 to create another form of Leftovers denial, sharing this role with Thief. This effect makes its users a pain to switch into, especially with Spikes support. There are a few users of it I don want to highlight though. This is quite powerful on Steelix, who can shuffle around with roar while denying Leftovers. Tentacruel also finds value in this as a spinner, combining its awesome typing with its ability to deny Leftovers to give it a great matchup against Cloyster and Forretress. Geko suggested on the Discord that Animon could run this for Snorlax matchups, negating its Leftovers while preserving its own. More offensive Pokemon like Tunguru or Dragonite can use it to land KOs easier (with disabling Leftovers), especially with Spikes support. Also shoutouts to lead Victreebel using Tight Grip to shut off Alarm Clocks so it can sleep them.

Notable Moves:
Qwilfish + Thunder, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Zap Cannon and Explosion
What if your spiker had a better Zapdos/Raikou matchup at the cost of being 4x weak to the most common physical coverage move. Kazappelin offers and improved Zapdos matchup, with Thunder only doing about 30% to it. Its typing unfortunately leaves it heavily troubled by Grounds, but access to Surf can help a bit. I think this would offer more variation in Spikes offense builds that can cover for its weakness to Golem/Steelix. While not nearly as strong as Zapdos or Raikou, its utility, access to boom, and stronger STAB for Exeggutor allows it to compete for a teamslot, especially on dual-Electric teams.
Gold Dex Entry: "The long spines on its body can project electric waves through the water, paralyzing nearby prey."
Silver Dex Entry: "Its poisonous barbs emit electric shocks that can be used to immobilize foes much larger than its own size."

Notable Moves:
Universals; Wing Attack, Water Gun, Rain Dance, Agility, Reflect, Rock Smash, Blizzard, Sunny Day, Mud Slap, Sandstorm, Swift, Detect, Steel Wing, Fly
The fourth legendary bird! Plays as a fairly strong mixed attacker with bulk to spare. Aeroblast pops a lot of holes, and the typical Flying resists don't handle taking Hydro Pump well. Icy Wind is pretty cool here too to compensate for its lower speed, and pairs well with Spikes support, making it difficult to switch into with the speed drop. As a bulky Water, it loves not having to worry about spikes itself. Lack of Earthquake and Thunder keep it from being a strictly better Gyarados.
