Current stall team

This is a stall team I am currently working on and playtesting, still looking for some feedback. Most of the pokemon are pretty unoriginal, but those usually work best. Lemme know what you think.

Roserade @ Focus Sash
Natural Cure
Timid
4 HP/252 SpA/252 Speed
Sleep Powder
Hidden Power Fire
Leaf Storm
Toxic Spikes

Standard roserade lead, usually gets the job done with at least one layer of Tspikes, sometimes even two. She's also a good trick absorber so she can come back later as a revenge sleeper or re-setup if necessary. Notable problems are Anti-lead Metagross, Azelf, and scarf-Tyranitar lead (which is very uncommon, but a problem nonetheless).

Blissey @ Leftovers
Natural Cure
Calm
4 HP/252 Def/ 252 SpDef
Heal Bell
Wish
Protect
Toxic

A necessity on all stall teams, Blissey is my wisher. Some people say that Blissey with no attack moves is a failure, but I've honestly had no problems with it before. Heal bell is really nice to keep my team, and because status has caused many losses in my past, I need it on my teams.

Rotom-h @ Leftovers
Levitate
Bold
244 HP/168 Def/96 Speed
Thunderbolt
Shadow Ball
Overheat
Will-o-Wisp

No Blissey is complete without Rotom complimenting his weaknesses. Burn is one of my favorite statuses and it really helps with the stall process, especially against the steels that resist toxic. Wishbliss is imperative to keep him alive so he can stop spinners from ruining my fun.

260.png

Swampert @ Leftovers
Torrent
Relaxed
252 HP/4 Attack/252 Def
Earthquake
Stealth Rock
Ice Beam
Roar

Swampert functions 3 roles. First off, I send him out on someone that forces a switch to get SR up as early as possible, he is a good dragon dancer blocker (save Gyrados, but that's what Zapdos is for) with Ice Beam and Earthquake, and he makes a super defensive phazer with only one weakness.

145.png

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Pressure
Bold
248 HP/228 Def/32 Speed
Thunderbolt
Roost
HP Ice/Substitute
Roar

Zapdos is a fantastic phazer, and with roost on his side, he is very hard to take down. My only dilemma right now is whether or not to give him HP Ice for taking out Salamence, or use Sub to block status.

227.png

Skarmory @ Shed Shell
Keen Eye
Impish
252 HP/64 Attack/176 Defense/16 Speed
Brave Bird
Spikes
Roost
Whirlwind

I opt for the shed shell because roost is usually good enough for healing, and though magnezones aren't super common, it sucks losing skarmory to them. Bringing back the old SkarmBliss from RSE, he plays well with Blissey and can almost always get up a couple layers of spikes, then phaze for entry damage and BB if needed.

Feedback greatly approved.

This looks like a fairly soild stall team, so well done!

Can I suggest that you make Zapdos into the standard SubRoost set (I would go for hp ice over roar, but this is a matter of personal preference. It has a different EV spread that is more specially defensive - you already have 3 physical walls)

Your Blissey has no attacking moves, which leaves it very susceptible to taunt users. Flamethrower and seismic toss are good options. You can become setup bait for things like bulky gyarados, or anything that is immune to toxic, such as agiligross or SD scizor.

I suggest that if you haven't already, take a look at marriland's team builder (just type into google) This shows the weaknesses and resistances of your team. For example, you have no ice resist (although you can wall special ice moves with blissey and physical ones with skarmory.) This can leave you with issues if your SkarmBliss combination falls (for example, to trick.) Speaking of Trick, you have no suitable switch for it - you could make Rotom into a scarfer (granting you an effective revenge killler) but then this would damage his longevity as a spin blocker. The standard Rotom also only 88 speed, and you should always max hp on a defensive Rotom, because his base hp is terrible. If you want to run extra speed, take the EVs from defense.

A threat list or some expanded comments would aid us in rating. Anyway, good luck!

Great team i see in front of me. as the guy above said using hp ice not only covers for your weakness vs mix mences but also allows you to kill of those annoying taunt/toxic gliscorrs that can be a huge problem for your team. Another thing i would recommend is to give skarmory taunt over whirlwind as it would provide useful vs other stall teams and invest the attack evs into speed in order to outspeed other skarms. hope this helped and good luck^^.

I like this team, although I do have a few suggestions. Your team is incredibly Rotom weak. IT can't touch Blissey, but it's the same the other way around too. I'd replace Zapdos for a Choice Scarf Tyranitar set to be to able to take down Rotom and Latias as well. Tyranitar also can summon sandstorm, to aid another Pokemon I'm going to suggest. Tyranitar also revenge kills numerous threats like Lucario that plague your team, as well as outspeeding Latias and Starmie before they Surf/Hydro Pump you. Go with the standard ScarfTar with EQ>Superpower. The next change I want to suggest is a bulky Stall Break Gliscor in the place of Roserade. Toxic Spikes aren't that great of an option to use in my opinion, since Gliscor will have Toxic, and overall makes a better contributor to this team. Here's the set:

Gliscor @ Leftovers
Jolly Nature
252 HP/ 40 Def/ 216 SpD
Earthquake/Toxic/Taunt/Roost

Gliscor also prevents stuff like Skarmory setting up, and Rotom from resting. I hope this helps, and good luck with the team!

You may be Rotom weak, but adding a Gliscor won't help much, as Rotom can Will-o-Wisp Gliscor and then take it down with Shadow Ball. I would reccomend giving your Rotom Substitute instead of Overheat. This will allow you to substitute before they bring in a Rotom, then beat it with Shadow Ball. And besides, Overheat is practically a given on Rotom-h.

Along with all the other suggestions (personally I think Sprinkles' suggestions are the ones you should heed), your team does not have something to consistently take status, or dish it out. I recommend a RestTalk Rotom-H over your current Rotom. The set is below:

Rotom-H @ Leftovers - Bold
EVs: 252 HP / 120 Def / 136 SpD
Ability: Levitate
Moves:
- Discharge
- Will-O-Wisp
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

Discharge and Will-O-Wisp for two status inducing moves (provided Discharge actually decides to work), Rest so Sandstorm doesn't completely eliminate your ability to recover, and the spread being the analysis spread, is just for overall bulk on both sides. Your best option regardless of what you come in to wall is to fire off Will-O-Wisp, although if you come in on Scizor, your first move should be Discharge.

Personally, I think you should run Perish Song Celebi over Swampert, while your lead should be Hippowdon as another person suggested. Hippowdon provides the Electric immunity and Stealth Rock, Celebi provides a better check to Gyarados and Crocune and so forth. Anything that thinks it knows how to stall is going to lose to Celebi. Here is the set:

Celebi @ Leftovers - Bold
EVs: 252 HP / 220 Def / 36 Spe
Ability: Natural Cure
Moves:
- Grass Knot
- Recover
- Perish Song
- Reflect

Basically, the moment you see Gyarados, or some other Pokemon not named Infernape or Bug Bite Scizor etc. boosting their stats, switch her in, and let the constant switching begin. This racks up hazard damage, prevents Baton Pass teams from absolutely running through you (Mr. Mime will stop her though), and provides something to take the constant Fighting attacks you don't have anything for. Reflect over the analysis U-Turn to make sure you are never KO'd by Scizor's U-Turn, or Tyranitar's Crunch. Although, HP Fire or Earth Power or ThunderWave (TW not recommended because you want Toxic Spikes to hit as status) can be used there. Actually the list goes on for what you can use, but stick with the first choice if it works.

With the issue of Dragon Dancers, Gyarados is of course taken care of by Celebi, as well as Kingdra, but Salamence presents a bigger dilemma. Basically, your best option is to take an Outrage or EQ with Celebi or Skarmory, go to Blissey for the imminent Fire Blast if they didn't Outrage, then Protect or switch to go back to Skarmory to take the Outrage and kill him off. Salamence can be a serious issue for stall teams, and the best way to remedy that is to spam constant status moves, while phazing, and having SR up.

At this point, your team should probably look like this:

Hippowdon - Blissey - Forretress - Celebi - Rotom-H - Skarmory

For those of you who are starting to recognize what that looks like... shhhh!!!

Thanks for all of the suggestions.
I am going to change my Rotom into a sleeptalker because I like the constant healing potential, and it also works well with my Blissey knowing heal bell. I'm also going to change Zapdos into a special defense variant and give him HP Ice to take down dragons. I'm also going to go for a Gliscor instead of Roserade, because recently, my roserade hasn't been getting much work done. I don't wanna replace Zapdos, so I'm probably not going to be using Tyranitar.

I would suggest more sandstorm. What's a stall team w/out sandstorm to further wear down the opponent? This one has worked well for me: Try it over Swampert
Hippodown @ leftovers
Impish
252 HP / 168 Def / 88 SpD <---the 88 spD ev's help A LOT!!!
Earthquake
Stealth Rock
Ice Fang/Roar <---your preference
Slack Off
