We already have the /away command on Showdown, but it only sets a tag — it doesn’t send any message to people who PM you.
It would be super helpful if we could set an optional custom auto-reply, defined by the user, that automatically triggers when someone sends a private message while we’re marked as away. For example:
/away I'm out for lunch, back in 20 minutes!
Anyone who sends you a PM while you’re away would receive that message once. You could update the message anytime by using /away [new message], and return to normal with /back. If no message is set, the current behavior stays unchanged — but for those who want it, having this option would make communication much clearer.
