Showdown’s purpose is to simulate the games, not add custom elements for no reason (outside Pet Mods). Also, if users were allowed to add their own custom elements, that would 1: make the game unreasonably minmaxed and unbalanced and 2: allow trolls to make inappropriate sprites for their Pokemon.
