Approved Custom timer in challenges

I suggest a friendly timer mode that is slower than blitz but faster than normal timer. Maybe 20 seconds to make a move instead of the 10. Mostly so i can think or calc, or play dubs blitz.

Mod Edit: @ implemetor, add a way to set timer details to whatever the user wants.

which would be great is to have the ladder timer in challenge games, maybe as a mod (if it exists pls let me know)
