D/P/HG/SS - Rate my new team please :)

Hello,
I've just made a new team for Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Heartgold/SoulSilver and I'm fairly unsure of how it will turn out. Basically I'm trying to lay down as many entry hazards as I can down, but I'm not fully relying on them. Here's the team:

Swampert @Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
Nature: Bold
EVs: HP-248, Def-212, Sp.Def-48
Moves:
- Stealth Rock
- Roar
- Surf
- Ice Beam

Okay, so Swampert is my lead. He automatically lays down rocks and depending on the opponent, he either attacks or switches out. Roar is to shuffle around the other team, whether it be at the start of the battle or later on when I have more hazards down. Surf and ice beam are to allow Swampert to dish out some damage and to cover what the rest of the team can't.

Forretress @Leftovers
Nature: Impish
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: HP-252, Def-252, Sp.Def-4
Moves:
- Spikes
- Toxic Spikes
- Pain Split
- Explosion

The first tank of the team, Forretress is meant to be sent out early in the battle to lay down both spikes and toxic spikes. He can take some pretty good hits defensively, and if the opponent sends out a fire type I can always switch to Heatran. I chose pain split because after taking a few hits Forretress needs a way back up. Finally, explosion is to help out after all spikes are down, but only if necessary.

Cresselia @Leftovers
Nature: Calm
Ability: Levitate
EVs: HP-252, Def-200, Sp.Def-56
Moves:
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Toxic
- Psychic

Honestly, I don't know why I chose Cresselia. She doesn't really add anything to the team other than being a stall. Toxic is to be used straight after being sent out, and once her health is low she can use rest and sleep talk to keep doing damage. I'm more than open to suggestions to replace her.

Dusknoir @Leftovers
Nature: Relaxed
Ability: Levitate
EVs: HP-252, Def-126, Sp.Def-126
Moves:
- Trick Room
- Protect
- Pain Split
- Shadow Punch

Dusknoir is my spin-blocker and another wall. He can use trick room to both his and the team's advantage as most of my team doesn't have very good speed stats. Protect is to stall, my team uses a lot of poison moves to damage the opponent. Pain split is for obvious reason, and he can use shadow punch after trick room is in place.

Machamp @Leftovers
Nature: Adamant
Ability: No Guard
EVs: HP-252, Att-252, Sp.Def-4
Moves:
- Dynamic Punch
- Bulk Up
- Stone Edge
- Thunderpunch

Machamp is my physical sweeper. Dynamic Punch + No Guard + STAB can pretty much take down anything, and if it doesn't it leaves the opponent confused. Bulk up can give him that extra attack and defence if he needs it. Stone edge is more reliable now with No Guard and can pump out some good damage. Thunderpunch is to get rid of types that the rest of my team can't really do much against (i.e. water).

Heatran @Choice Scarf
Nature: Modest
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: Sp.Att-252, Sp.Def-126, Def-126
Moves:
- Flamethrower
- Earth Power
- Dragon Pulse
- Hidden Power Grass

Last, but not least, is Heatran who is my special sweeper. His attack give him coverage on a lot of types. His choice scarf will help him in his lack of speed. I don't really have much more to say about him. He's pretty solid in my opinion.

There you have it, I'm open to all suggestions so please comment and help me out.

Cheers,
Karma
