Dance Water Dance!

So here is my rain dance team, it does okay, but I wanted to know what improvements I could make to it. This is my first ever competitive team, and would really appreciate some feedback and help!

Crobat @ Damp Rock
Trait: Infiltrator
EVs: 104 HP / 152 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Rain Dance
- U-turn
- Taunt
- Brave Bird

Crobat is my lead. I chose him over azelf, because even though azlef has stealth rock which is always nice, azlef dies much too easy. Another choice i declined was bronzong, although bronzong has some nice defenses, he is far too slow and doesn't have taunt, which i can use to counter other leads. My last choice was politoed, and even though the drizzle is nice, he is very weak, and can get destroyed by many other leads. So I chose crobat instead. With his high speed, I can get a taunt on their lead before anything happens. I can then easily set up rain dance and high tail it out of there with U-turn.

Kingdra @ Wise Glasses
Trait: Swift Swim
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Surf
- Dragon Pulse
- Hidden Power [Electric]
- Rain Dance

Kingdra seemed like an obvious choice due to his swift swim, and added power to his already powerful STAB water attacks. With the improved speed, he can easily 2hKO almost any sweeper, and 1hKO anyone with weaknesses to the moves. I chose surf over hydro pump because I've had bad experiences with throwing games because a missing hydro pump. Dragon pulse is there for overage against dragon types and for the STAB. Hp electric again for coverage against water and flying types. and Rain Dance in case the current rain runs out while using him.

Ludicolo @ Expert Belt
Trait: Swift Swim
EVs: 32 HP / 252 Atk / 224 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Waterfall
- Seed Bomb
- Ice Punch

Ludicolo, much like Kingdra has the ability Swift Swim, which provides a very nice boost. The problem with ludicolo is that i can never seem to use him effectively, physical or special, and I'm not sure if he is that great of an addition to the team, but nonetheless, he has ice punch to cover grass and flying types, which can be annoying to a team composed of a lot of water types. The Seed Bomb is there to cover against ground types and other water types, like swampert. Waterfall is nice, because it just does so much damage.

Scizor @ Leftovers
Trait: Light Metal
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Rain Dance
- Swords Dance
- Baton Pass
- Roost

So Scizor is vital to my team, with fire being one of his only weaknesses, the rain dance cuts the damage. I've been using him as a support, by swords dancing a few times, then baton passing to one of my physical sweepers, I can usually wipe a team. Problem, he still gets taken out easily, and sometimes can successfully baton pass before dying

Toxicroak @ Black Sludge
Trait: Dry Skin
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Rain Dance
- Earthquake
- Sucker Punch
- Ice Punch

Yet another physical sweeper, he's here to utilize the rain dance with dry skin, and having the black sludge is nice too. He adds more coverage, not being water type, he wont be 1hKO'd by some counters to the rest of my team. I honestly don't know why i have earthquake on him, because everything that is weak against it is covered by the rest of my team. He has sucker punch for psychic. Ice punch for the same reasons as ludicolo.

Qwilfish @ Life Orb
Trait: Swift Swim
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Waterfall
- Poison Jab
- Explosion

Qwilfish, I would say is the star of my team, with just a single Swords Dance, he can easily take a team with waterfall, and if he gets too low to be useful, a Swords Danced Explosion will take out the biggest of walls. The poison jab is for more pesky grass types and fighting types.
