Not A Bug Dancer can choice lock

What is the bug?
Problem: Lost a game due to Dancer being copied when DItto switched in holding Choice scarf.

Context: When switching in Ditto on Oricorio using quiver dance in the same turn, Ditto will trnasform and dancer will activate for Ditto. On the following turn Quiver dance will be the only selectable for Ditto(now Oricorio) even though Ditto has not selected a move yet. Was sad, need to know if this apart of the mechanic or not for science.

Dancer activating qualifies as taking a turn and using a move and therefore locks you into the copied move with choice items. This is not a bug and is intended cart behavior.
