This team peaked at 1658 on the ladder, I would like to make that number grow so all help and criticism is appreciated.
BasedGod (Bisharp) @ Life Orb
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Iron Head
- Knock Off
- Sucker Punch
- Pursuit
Judging by the name of this thread you can probably guess this guy's role on the team. From my experiences, Bisharp more makes opponents wary of using Defog rather than me getting to switch in on it for the boost. Great check to Aegislash since I can literally just spam Sucker Punch whether it wants to King's Shield or not. Only real Fairy check on this squad although Fairies don't give me much of a problem anyways. Pursuit is obviously to trap Lati@s and any other Psychic/Ghost type. Really great mon but I kind of have to use him sparingly because of his frailty.
Task Force (Deoxys-Defense) @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 Def
Calm Nature
- Knock Off
- Spikes
- Stealth Rock
- Thunder Wave
The lead every single time. Sets up hazards and then if it gets the chance I can Knock Off or T-Wave to my heart's content. I'm not using Magic Coat on this set because I only find it useful if I'm facing another Deoxys (D or S) and I feel that all of the 4 moves I have are very important. I am considering putting Red Card on this set though since the higher I get up on the ladder the less turns this thing tends to last. This guy also ruins most Megas with T-Wave before they have a chance to do anything.
Extortion Bird (Medicham) @ Medichamite
Ability: Pure Power
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Jolly Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Fake Out
- High Jump Kick
- Ice Punch
My favorite Mega so far. Comes in and gets so much free damage with Fake Out, one of the best Revenge Killer Megas imo. I haven't had any trouble HJKing into a Ghost type yet so that's a plus. Just a great all around mon, seems to always be the star of this team.
Keke (Azumarill) @ Choice Band
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Aqua Jet
- Superpower
- Waterfall
- Play Rough
I can always play mind games with guy. Great coverage and completely shuts down Dragons, a bit frail at times and I need to get rid of an opponent's Mega Venusaur before I can even think about switching in though. Another good revenge killer but he can hit anything in this meta hard with Waterfall. Superpower is there for type coverage, mostly to handle Ferrothorn and the other three are STABs and givens on any CB set.
DOOM (Heatran) (M) @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 Atk
Gentle Nature
- Earth Power
- Lava Plume
- Toxic
- Stone Edge
The ultimate Talonflame check and that is why Stone Edge is there. Great Pokemon, if I win he always seem to be the last man standing. I could put Roar over Toxic but I don't think it is overly necessary and I also have only one other status move on this team. I like Air Balloon because it gives me a free switch into oncoming EQs and lets me Toxic something on the field the next turn.
Bitch Mob (Conkeldurr) (F) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Mach Punch
- Drain Punch
- Ice Punch
- Knock Off
This guy is kind of iffy. Doesn't give me any more coverage than the other members on the team but, then again, I can't really think of any other Pokemon to replace this guy. He doesn't hurt the team but I feel like I'm missing an opportunity. I tried Latios in his place since it would be able to take on Mega-Venusaur which is the only real big threat to this team but the abundance of Pursuit trapping Bisharps (ironic I know) and Scizors in the higher ladder makes it really hard to use Latios. This is the main reason for this RMT; can anyone suggest a replacement for Conkeldurr that will help this team a lot.
Also could someone tell me the code to hide stuff so I can put the importable here in case anyone wants to try this out?
