Stun spore and leech seed is for weakening opposing pokemon, preparing a good environment for zard to sweep. Moonblast is for dark types that are immune to prankster, since whimsicott is often used with prankster, dark types would switch in to take the support moves, with moonblast, whimsicott could knock out the opposing dark types such as greninja to provide a safe switch in for zard x.

Since swampert and scizor help out eachothers weaknesses, thus being a good addition to the team.
