Mega Altaria is a decent check to common attackers such as Iron Hands, Buzzwole, and Zeraora while also having a threatening offensive presence against bulkier Pokemon like Mega Latias, Ting-Lu, and Mega Tyranitar thanks to Pixilate. However, Mega Altaria is outclassed in this role by better Fairy-types like Clefable and Tapu Fini, which provide much more utility without taking up the Mega slot. Hyper Voice makes it easier to threaten Iron Hands and Buzzwole, although Return can help deal with Mega Tyranitar, Mega Latias, and Ting-Lu. Flamethrower nails Steel-types like Aegislash, Excadrill, Scizor, and Skarmory. Toxic can put opposing Pokemon like Ting-Lu and Gastrodon on a timer, while Defog can remove entry hazards from the likes of Ting-Lu and Skarmory. Heal Bell is the final alternative that can give Mega Altaria a niche as a cleric for more defensive teams. A Bold nature should be run with Hyper Voice, while an Impish nature is preferred when running Return. 16 Speed EVs are used to outspeed Adamant Azumarill. Mega Altaria fits best on balance and defensive teams that appreciate its defensive profile and general utility. While Mega Altaria's has a great typing, it is forced out by faster attackers like Enamorus and Excadrill, so other defensive Pokemon that can switch into them, like Celesteela and Skarmory, are appreciated. In return, Mega Altaria can check Electric-types like Zeraora and Iron Hands. Ting-Lu is an excellent teammate, as it can deal with Iron Moth as well as help against Nasty Plot Hydreigon, and in return, Mega Altaria can deal with Buzzwole and Iron Hands for it. Slowbro and Toxapex are also good partners, as they can deal with coverage such as Heavy Slam and Ice Punch from Iron Hands and Flash Cannon from Hydreigon, and the latter can deal with Toxic from Buzzwole.

Mega Altaria is a great It's just alright given its B tier wall thanks to its ability to check common attackers such as Hydriegon Hydreigon can run Flash Cannon on Nasty Plot sets, so maybe just mentioned Choiced Hydreigon or list a different Mon, Buzzwole, and Iron Hands, while also having a threatening offensive presence against bulkier Pokemon like Mega Latias, Ting-Lu, and Iron Hands This is just mentioned, something else like Skarmory or Mtar is better thanks to Pixilate. Hyper Voice makes it easier to threaten Iron Hands and Hydrapple, although Return can help deal with Mega Tyranitar, Mega Latias, and Blissey. Flamethrower nails Steel-types like Aegislash, Excadrill, Celesteela, and Skarmory. Toxic can put opposing Pokemon What Mons? Stuff like Skeledirge or Cinderace resist both attacking moves, could mention those on a timer, while Defog can deter remove entry hazards from the likes of Jirachi and Gastrodon. Heal Bell is the final alternative that can give Mega Altaria a niche as a cleric. A Bold nature should be run with Hyper Voice, while an Impish nature should be run with Return. Despite Mega Altaria's great typing, it is forced out by other fast attackers like Enamrous and Excadrill, so other defensive Pokemon like Skarmory and Celesteela, that can switch into them, are appreciated. What does Mega Altaria check for them in return? What offensive pokemon appreciate M-Alt's defensive profile? What switches into M-Alt that is important to mention? This section is a little too short.

No mention of 16 Speed evs, they are used to outspeed Max Speed Azu. Also, Mega Altaria is B tier. Why is it outclassed by the other Fairy Types higher than it, notably Clefable, Enamorus, and Tapu Fini?

Good analysis but a little short. After you implement I will recheck, then you'll be 1/1.

This can pass, but make sure to use the Pokemon a lot before reserving an analysis, i had to fix a lot of stuff here, especially examples, so implement everything carefully before tagging GP.

Mega Altaria is a decent wall thanks to its ability to check to common attackers such as Zeraora, Buzzwole, and Iron Hands, (change this to Iron Hands -> Buzzwole -> Zeraora) while also having a threatening offensive presence against bulkier Pokemon like Mega Latias, Ting-Lu, and Mega Tyranitar thanks to Pixilate. However, Mega Altaria is outclassed in this role by better Fairy-types like Clefable and Tapu Fini, providing much more utility for the team without taking the mega slot. Toxic can put opposing Pokemon like Cinderace and Skeledirge Ting-Lu and Gastrodon on a timer, while Defog can remove entry hazards from the likes of Jirachi and Gastrodon Ting-Lu and Skarmory (Defog Malt is an option because you beat specific targets like these two). Heal Bell is the final alternative that can give Mega Altaria a niche as a cleric for more defensive teams. A Bold nature should be run with Hyper Voice, while an Impish nature should be run with Return. 16 Speed EVs are used to outspeed max Speed Adamant Azumarill. Mega Altaria fits best on balance and defensive teams that appreciate its defensive profile and general utility. Despite Mega Altaria's great typing, it is forced out by other fast attackers like Enamrous and Excadrill, so other defensive Pokemon like Skarmory and Celesteela (change the order here), that can switch into them, are appreciated. In return, Mega Altaria can check Electric-types like Zeraora and Iron Hands. Mega Altaria can also be outclassed by other Fairy-types like Enamorus, Clefable, and Tapu Fini, due to their higher offenses and superior bulk. Mention Ting-Lu here, it checks stuff like Iron Moth, helps Mega Altaria play around against NP Hydreigon, and enjoy Malt dealing with Buzzwole / Iron Hands or potentially healing status. Also write a little about how Slowbro / Toxapex are solid partners capable of scouting coverage like Heavy Slam or Ice Punch from Iron Hands, Ice Punch or Toxic from Buzzwole, and finally Flash Cannon from Specs or NP Hydreigon.

The original implied that Mega Altaria loses in spite of its typing rather than because of its weaknesses. I asked Gangsta Spongebob to make sure it's alright this way. In return, Mega Altaria can check Electric-types like Zeraora and Iron Hands.
