Bellibolt with access to a very good ability in Static and its good physical bulk allow it the ability to switch in to cripple a Pokemon like Zapdos-G, Lokix, or Ogerpon which allows it to be a great asset for teams as it can slow down the attackers to turn the tide in battle. With access to reliable recovery means that it is a useful defensive piece on your team by taking attacks and taking advantage of its slow speed to bring its teammates in with Volt Switch as it is a great utility option Bellibolt has access to as it allows it to pivot in and out battle and allows it to get its teammates in safely against the Pokemon who would otherwise cripple it. To be able to hit the electric immune Pokemon in the tier who commonly switch into its pivot moves next we have is Muddy Water which allows Bellibolt to hit Excadrill and Thundurus-Therian which can switch in otherwise with ease. Toxic cripples many Pokemon who may want to switch into it like Latios, Skeledirge, and Gastrodon, while also pressuring a lot of Pokemon who would take advantage of it otherwise to setup, with the use of toxic it can speed up the damage the opponent takes against a VoltTurn team and make it so such Pokemon would often be in less than desirable conditions to take attacks from the teammates Bellibolt is paired with in battle. Heavy-Duty Boots allow it to switch in more often against foes who are paired with hazards like Cobalion, Zapdos-G, and Ogerpon, and not be forced to click Recover as often or be forced into dangerous situations. Bellibolt rarely wants to get out of its typing as its Electric typing is quite key for taking on quite a lot of the tier like Tornadus-T, Lokix, and Thundurus-T as well as there usually being much better targets for the Generation Mechanic. Tera Dragon removes its ground weakness and gives it new resistances which allows it to be turn the tables against Excadrill, Serperior, and Keldeo. While Tera Water allows it to power up its Muddy Water to smack foes like Heatran and Excadrill with more power to punish them for trying to take advantage of Bellibolt while this time giving it a much better matchup into Greninja, Azumarill, and Skeledirge's Torch Song.

Bellibolt is aiming to punish Pokemon like Tornadus-T and other frail physical attackers with Static which teammates who appreciate fast Pokemonto be paralyzed are ones who can take great advantage of the situations Bellibolt can often provide which would allow allows slower teammates like Keldeo, Latios, and Scizor, with the use of Static it can turn momentum into its favor and allow its teammates to make progress that way. It can form a VoltTurn core with users like Lokix and Scizor in which it can bring in against threats Bellibolt can take on which while in return it would be able to take advantage of switch ins to U-Turn like Skarmory and Tornadus-T while using Volt Switch to bring them back in against the common switch ins to its pivot move. Teammates who are able to lay Spikes down are a huge boon for Bellibolt as it makes the progress it sticks on VoltTurn teams to stick much better and allows for foes who want to take in on like Zarude, Excadrill, and Conkeldurr and expedite the time it would take to bring them down. Zarude is a big problem for the EleFrog Pokémon as with its dangerous Swords Dance set it can setup all over it and the most it can do is pivot out to a teammate which is why ones who can help against Zarude are amazing assets to a team that want to justify running Bellibolt like Skarmory, Lokix, and Fezandipiti. Conkeldurr, commonly running Guts, is an issue for Bellibolt as it does massive damage and can absorb it with Flame Orb or setup all over it and do massive damage with Bulk Up sets so namely Pokemon like Salamence, Fezandipiti, and Latios can assist against Conkeldurr by taking advantage of the volt switch opportunities or be able to switch into its moves to temporarly stop its assault.

Bellibolt with access to a very good ability in Static and its good physical bulk allow it the ability to switch in to cripple a Pokemon like Weavile, Lokix, or Ogerpon and reliable recovery means that it is a useful defensive Pokemon. Volt Switch is a great utility option for Bellibolt as it allows it to pivot in and out battle and allows it to get its teammates in safely. Paired with it is Muddy Water which allows Bellibolt to hit Excadrill and Thundurus-Therian which can switch in otherwise. Toxic cripples many Pokemon who may want to switch into it like Latios, Skeledirge, and Gastrodon, while also pressuring a lot of Pokemon who would take advantage of it otherwise to setup. Heavy-Duty Boots allow it to switch in more often against foes who are paired with hazards like Zapdos-G and Cobalion, Quaquaval, Ogerpon, and not be forced to click Recover as often or be forced into dangerous situations. Tera Dragon removes its ground weakness and gives it new resistances which allows it to be turn the tables against Excadrill, Serperior, and Keldeo. While Tera Water allows it to power up its Muddy Water to smack foes like Heatran, Excadrill, and Skeledirge with more power to punish them for trying to take advantage of Bellibolt while this time giving it an excellent matchup into Weavile, Azumarill, and Skeledirge's Torch Song.

Tornadus-T definitely should be mentioned as a key target Static is aiming to punish.

Bellibolt pairs well with fast offensive pokemon who appreciate its slow pivoting abilities like Weavile, Tornadus-T, and Latios to get them into the field safely. It is also a good bait against First Impression, Knock Off, or U-turn that target these Pokemon which can allow these Pokemon to have less stress on them as a result. Bellibolt often lets in Excadrill, or Clodsire freely when it tries to recover with Slack Off, use Toxic, or pivot out with Volt Switch which can be mitigated by teammates that can switch into it well like Hydrapple, Zarude, and Skarmory. Zarude can also help switch into status against Clodsire, or Toxapex which can cripple its longevity and make it spend more time clicking Slack Off while also resisting Excadrill's Earthquake which can put off pressure on Bellibolt. A lot of repeated info Knock Off from Lokix, Weavile, and Scizor can allow chip damage to stick a lot better by removing their defensive items while they appreicate bellibolt statusing their opponents to make it easier for them to execute their gameplan I don't really follow what point you are trying to convey here tbh. I'd just focus on how Scizor and Lokix form a Voltturn core and deal with Zarude, a Pokemon Belli can't punish.
Conkeldurr, commonly running Guts, is an issue for Belli so offensive or defensive responses to it could be mentioned
