Landorus-T is an amazing defensive measure against revenge killers such as Zamazenta, Mega Scizor, and offensive Garchomp; it can also provide utility with entry hazards and status. U-turn allows Landorus-T to safely pivot into wallbreakers such as Urshifu-R, Tapu Lele, and Dragapult, as well as other defensive pivots like Tornadus-T and Rotom-W. Toxic cripples switch-ins such as Great Tusk, Tornadus-T, and Rotom-W. Alternatively, Hidden Power Fire can be used over Toxic to critically hit Mega Scizor, Kartana, and Ferrothorn, which can exploit Landorus-T with a free turn to set up hazards or set up with Swords Dance. Landorus-T can also forgo setting entry hazards and instead clear them with Defog. Rocky Helmet is the preferred item for Landorus-T to punish physical attackers such as Mega Lopunny and Kartana; however, if it decides to opt for Defog, then Leftovers is preferred for reliable passive recovery. Tera Water turns Landorus-T's most common weaknesses into resistances, which helps against moves such as Weavile's Triple Axel and Urshifu-R's Surging Strikes. It is most efficient to Tera when Landorus-T's counters use a move against it rather than on a switch. Defensive Landorus-T fits extremely well on balance and bulky offense teams. Wallbreakers such as Iron Valiant, Tapu Lele, and Volcarona all appreciate the utility and pivot support that Landorus-T provides with U-turn. Being heavily threatened by Pokemon like Weavile, Mega Medicham, and Dragapult makes partners like Heatran, Gholdengo, and Ferrothorn solid to use alongside it.

Landorus-T is an amazing defensive measure against revenge killers such as Kingambit defiant activates and lando gets put in a very bad 50/50 from sucker or knock; i would prob just specify supreme overlord gambit Dragapult clear body dd ghostium pult owns lando and Mega Lopunny lop is immune to intimidate and can kinda just click frustration/return but rhelm chips it well; maybe change it and change pult and gambit into other mons like msciz zama and offchomp whilst also providing utility with hazards and status. Landorus-T is able to set hazards with Stealth Rock which greatly supports its team when it is able to force out the aforementioned attackers. i would really mention uturn here since its so easy to click to go into abuser like shifu lele pult or mons like wash torn tusk etc Toxic is helpful in dealing with pokemon Pokemon that want to switch in on it such as Great Tusk, opposing Landorus-T and Tornadus-T, and Rotom-Wash. (add period) and Zamazenta zama kinda doesnt want to just straight hard switch into lando from what ive seen; also who would want to go into a defensive lando with another one? u kinda just trade rocks and toxics and then the opp gets momentum Alternatively, Hidden Power Fire can be used over Toxic to critically hit Mega Scizor and Ferrothorn Mega Scizor, Ferrothorn, and Kartana, which can exploit Landorus-T with a free turn to set up hazards or set up with Swords Dance. However, it can take an opposing role to setting hazards and clear them instead with Defog which still greatly supports provides good utility to the team. Rocky Helmet is the preferred item for Landorus-T to punish physical attackers mention the physical attackers that it would punish imo, however if it decides to opt for Defog, then Leftovers is preferred to increase HP preferred for reliable passive recovery when the opponent can exploit a turn where Landorus-T is trying to clear hazards. Tera Water is ideal for it to resist Zamazenta's Ice Fang, really isnt notable here imo maybe use smth else like mpert weav or msciz Urshifu-Rapid-Strike's Surging Strikes and Tapu Koko's Hidden Power Ice. It is most efficient to terastallize Tera when Landorus-T's counters are using use a move against it rather than on a switch. It Defensive Landorus-T fits extremely well on Balance and Bulky Offence teams, therefore frail attackers such as Iron Valiant, Tapu Lele, Mega Lopunny and Volcarona all appreciate the utility and support that Landorus-T provides against the prior mentioned defensive roadblocks like opposing Landorus-T, Rotom-Wash and Tornadus-T as well as Skeledirge. i wouldnt focus on defensive checks moreso on revenge killers that threaten the mons listed that lando takes care of like msciz kart etc In turn, Pokemon that cause threat to threaten Landorus-T such as Weavile, Mega Medicham, Rotom-Wash and Choice Specs Dragapult can be dealt with by defences teammates like Gholdengo, Heatran and Ferrothorn collectively.

Landorus-T is an amazing defensive measure against revenge killers such as Zamazenta, Mega Scizor and Offensive Garchomp whilst also providing utility with hazards and status. Landorus-T is able to set hazards which greatly supports its team when it is able to force out the aforementioned attackers. fluff + you already mentioned it setting hazards U-turn allows Landorus to safely pivot into wallbreakers such as Urshifu-Rapid-Strike, Tapu Lele and Dragapult as well as other defensive pivots like Tornadus-T, and Rotom-Wash. Toxic is helpful in dealing with Pokemon that want to switch in on it such as Great Tusk, Tornadus-T, and Rotom-Wash. Alternatively, Hidden Power Fire can be used over Toxic to critically hit Mega Scizor, Kartana, and Ferrothorn, which can exploit Landorus-T with a free turn to set up hazards or set up with Swords Dance. However, it can take an opposing role to setting hazards and clear them instead with Defog. which still provides good utility to. Rocky Helmet is the preferred item for Landorus-T to punish physical attackers such as Mega Lopunny, and Annihilape defiant + taunt prevents landot from clicking tox, replace w another example however if it decides to opt for Defog, then Leftovers is preferred for reliable passive recovery when the opponent can exploit a turn where Landorus-T is trying to clear hazards. Tera Water is ideal for it to resist Mega Swampert's Liquidation, Weavile's Triple Axel, Urshifu-Rapid-Strike's Surging Strikes and Tapu Koko's Hidden Power Ice. you can realistically just say it turns common weaknesses into resistances and then list pokemon it can check because of tera It is most efficient to Tera when Landorus-T's counters use a move against it rather than on a switch. reword this into what you meant because i do not know what this means Defensive Landorus-T fits extremely well on Balance and Bulky Offence teams, therefore frail attackers such as Iron Valiant, Tapu Lele, Mega Lopunny and Volcarona all appreciate the utility and support that Landorus-T provides against revenge killers like the prior mentioned Kartana, Mega Scizor and Mega Swampert. shorten this to say that these wallbreakers appreciate pivot support it provides + checking threats, but dont use kart/msciz/pert as examples, you're forced to tera for mpert and sciz + kart use you as setup fodder if not hp fire. hp fire isnt even first slash to begin with so assuming that lando has that would be wonky. In turn, Pokemon that threaten Landorus-T such as Weavile, Mega Medicham, Rotom-Wash and Choice Specs Dragapult can be dealt with by teammates like Gholdengo, Heatran and Ferrothorn collectively. reword to something like "Landorus-T being heavily threatened by Pokemon like x, x, and x makes partners like y, y, and y solid to use alongside it."

(this is super super vague imo, i do not think this needs to be stated when this is really as simple as "recovery on turn opponent switches in pokemon) Tera Water turns Landorus-T's most common weaknesses into resistances, which helps against moves such as Weavile's Triple Axel and Urshifu-R's Surging Strikes. is ideal as it turns Landorus-T's common weaknesses, such as Weavile's Triple Axel and Urshifu-Rapid-Strike's Surging Strikes, into resistances.
